ABOUT THE JOB
The EHS Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing/sustaining, and administering a comprehensive safety program to ensure a safe, compliant and incident free workplace. This role provides a day-to-day safety leadership, floor presence, partners with operations and leadership and drives a proactive safety culture across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and oversee health and effectiveness of safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations.
Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices, developing practices and programs to correct or reduce their occurrence.
Investigate and respond to employee complaints to provide high quality internal customer service.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments, track themes, corrective actions, and preventative actions to closure
Investigate safety incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; determine themes, root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures
Review company accident statistics, themes, and recommend corrections to improve overall employee health and safety.
Review and update safety policies, procedures, JSAs, SOPs, and emergency response plans
Monitor safety metrics and KPIs; prepare reports and present findings in Site Daily Operational Reviews
Coordinate with departments to support injury prevention, return-to-work, and workers' compensation initiatives
Process workers' compensation claims (including doctor appointments, first insurance reports, payment of medical bills, review of medical reports, and contact with doctors, insurers, lawyers, and employee counseling) to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness.
Act as liaison with EHS Manager during regulatory inspections and audits
Monitor monthly usage and spending of PPE supplies in addition to other job specific duties.
Develop, plan, and conduct training programs to ensure understanding of and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Attend and participate in department safety meetings.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 - 5+ years of progressive safety experience in industrial, food manufacturing, construction, or logistics environment
Proven experience leading or supervising safety teams
Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems
Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis

Position Summary:
The Sr. Air Quality Engineer/Scientist (Environmental Permitting and Compliance Specialist) performs professional engineering work, leading and executing the compliance and permitting functions in relation to Air Quality Regulations and Compliance. This candidate will be reviewing processes and equipment, analyzing permit-related technical and regulatory issues, and communicating those analyses within Yorke, the client organization, with government agencies and with the public at large. This is a Senior to Principal level position. Positions at this level are assigned to perform the more complex and sensitive duties in the occupational field. The employee in this position may be assigned to train and mentor other employees and/or monitor work produced by other employees.
The candidate qualifications we are seeking include:
- 10-20+ years of work experience in the Air Quality and/or Environmental industry in an engineering role (preferably in a consulting environment);
- Experience in the environmental services industry focusing on leading Air Quality services:
- Process and equipment review;
- Air quality permitting under SCAQMD and other Air Districts, including Title V Permitting;
- RECLAIM implementation and reporting;
- Annual Emissions Reporting;
- Air Dispersion Modeling;
- Air Quality Assessments including Data Analysis and Emission Inventories;
- General Air Quality Compliance for facilities in CA.
- Ability to manage and lead active team members on project teams towards project completion within project scope, budget and schedule and ensure quality work product and deliverables;

POSITION SUMMARY
The licensed vocational nurse (LVN) renders professional nursing care to patients at the Ambulatory Obstetrics (OB) Clinic. The LVN will also assume the role of patient advocate and liaison between the care team and patient. This person will be responsible for delivering services that meet or exceed professional, organizational, community and regulatory standards and provide superior customer satisfaction throughout the patient obstetric life cycle. They will coordinate with a multi-disciplinary provider team in the delivery of Comprehensive Perinatal Services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient advocate - ensures a setting that protects the rights of the patient and provides an atmosphere that does not compromise the patients' physical or mental wellbeing, safety, or dignity.
- Ability to utilize good clinical judgment to deal tactfully and effectively with patients and their families, other employees, practitioners and other medical professionals.
- Demonstrates knowledge of anatomy and physiology, patient care standards as dictated by the nursing licensing board of the State of California, and standard knowledge of basic CPT and ICD-10 coding.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Anesthesia Technician will report to the Director of Perioperative Services and work under the supervision of the Surgery Charge Nurse and the Anesthesiologist/CRNA. He/she will be responsible for preparing equipment and supplies needed for the provision of anesthesia care service as required by all patients undergoing surgery and/ or other procedure. POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of the Case Manager position supports the physician and interdisciplinary team in facilitating patient care, with the underlying objective of enhancing the quality of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction while managing the cost of care and providing timely and accurate information to payors. The role integrates and coordinates the functions of utilization management, care progression and care transition.
The Case Manager is accountable for a designated patient caseload and plans effectively to meet patient needs, manage the length of stay, and promote efficient utilization of resources. Specific functions within this role include:
- Facilitation of precertification and payor authorization processes
- Facilitation of the collaborative management of patient care across the continuum, intervening as necessary to remove barriers to timely and efficient care delivery and reimbursement
- Application of process improvement methodologies in evaluating outcomes of care
- Coordinating communication with physicians.
The role reflects appropriate knowledge of RN scope of practice, current state requirements, CMS Conditions of Participation, EMTALA, The Patient Bill of Rights, AB1203 and other Federal or State regulatory agency requirements specific to Utilization Review and Discharge Planning. The Care Manager partners with the medical staff, utilizes scientific evidence for best practices, and relevant data to manage the care of the patient over the continuum of their hospitalization. Assessment:
- Completes a comprehensive assessment to identify opportunities for intervention that are appropriate and realistic for the patient/family's psycho-social, cultural, spiritual, and physical plan of care.
- Assess the patient's healthcare needs and goals; specifically targeting the physical, functional, psychosocial, environmental and financial status.
- Completes and documents timely clinical reviews based on assessment of medical necessity and documented clinical findings in accordance with Hospital policy and payer requirements.
- Communicates with attending physician regarding appropriateness of patient admissions, resource utilization, and when documentation does not support continued stay.
