About the role:
We're seeking an exceptional Content Lead, Marketing, to own all marketing content and serve as the brand voice architect for our wellbeing platform. In this strategic role, you'll develop and maintain foundational marketing language, messaging frameworks, and content standards that drive brand awareness and user acquisition across all audiences and channels.
You'll create comprehensive marketing content spanning digital platforms, PR materials, advertising copy, and thought leadership pieces that resonate with diverse audiences globally. Pay & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position starts from $130K yearly. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, location, and internal equity, as permitted by Washington State law. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus/incentive.

Role Summary
The Medical Education Assistant serves as the operational backbone for our medical conference portfolio. Under the leadership of the Director of Education Programs, this role manages the lifecycle of owned conferences accreditation and faculty engagement—from initial invitation to onsite presentation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of CME/CE accreditation (ACCME, ACPE, etc.) and seamlessly manage projects at different stages of execution while providing high-touch concierge service to world-renowned oncology experts. This role will own and manage the lifecycle of 9-10 conferences per year and travel as support for additional 4-5 conferences.
Key Responsibilities
Faculty Management for Owned Conferences
- Lead all formal communications with invited faculty, including invitations, disclosure collection, and presentation requests.
- Coordinate complex travel logistics, including flight forms, hotel blocks, and honoraria processing.
- Ensure all speaker materials (bios, photos, and slide decks) are collected, organized, and formatted for the event.
Accreditation & Compliance
- Maintain meticulous documentation files to support ACCME, ACPE, and Joint Accreditation standards.
- Audit faculty disclosure forms to identify and flag potential Conflicts of Interest (COI) for Director review.
- Manage the pre & post-conference workflow: upload educational content, session recordings, pre & post quizzes, and evaluations to the Learning Management System (LMS). Schedule follow up surveys.
Planning & Project Coordination for Owned Conferences
- Attend all bi-weekly conference planning meetings alongside your supervisor.
- Serve as the primary scribe for planning sessions, distributing concise meeting minutes and an updated "Action Items" tracker within 24 hours.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure all departmental milestones are met.
Onsite Conference Support
- Travel 1–2 times per month to provide onsite conference support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for faculty & attendee check-ins, slide deck management, and meeting room logistics.
- Troubleshoot administrative and logistical issues in real-time to ensure a seamless attendee & faculty experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in a professional administrative, event coordination, or healthcare support role.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to interact with high-level medical professionals with poise.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage high volumes of documentation with zero-error tolerance.

Overview
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that store achieves or exceeds sales plan and profitability goals, as well as enhance the David Yurman brand within the store and local market. This individual will also partner with store management team in overseeing that all operational policies and procedures being followed. Core Responsibilities

- Oversee store opening and closing in the absence of the Retail Store Manager.

Qualifications
- Work Experience: Minimum 2-4+ years of proven experience managing in a similar role, preferably within a high-end luxury accessories boutique with joint responsibility for sales and operations
- Ability to motivate, establish strong business partnerships, and promote professionalism with both clients and staff
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Language skills (Spanish) are a plus

The expected base pay for this role is $60,000– $80,000.00 annually.
Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package. In addition, the hired candidate with be eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses and will be eligible for numerous benefits including:

The Manager of Medical Education Programs is a people and program leader responsible for leading teams, owning accredited medical education programs, and driving execution at scale. Reporting to the Director of Education Programs, this role provides hands-on leadership while holding full accountability for team performance, program outcomes, accreditation compliance, and cross-functional delivery.

Job Summary
- Supports the implementation of the City's communications program, including development of print publications, web content, social media, cable TV programming, and news media.

The Kirkland Parks and Community Services Department is seeking Recreation Attendant staff for the North Kirkland Community Center. This position acts as on-site City representative for recreation programs and activities. Nature camp is held outdoors in Kirkland parks. Teaches campers about native animals, flora, fauna, woodlands and bodies of water. Nature art, games, and discoveries fill each day. Nature Camp is Monday-Thursday, June 22-August 13, 9am to 3pm.
The role of the Recreation Attendant is to provide outstanding customer service and assist in providing operational support to recreation programs, facilities, and events within Parks and Community Services. Recreation Attendants serve as the on-site City representative. Recreation Attendants provide operational support including preparing spaces, assisting in leading and monitoring activities, and performing clerical work. This assignment is for a seasonal, temporary, non-benefited on-call program assistant, to support Kirkland's 4th of July Parade Celebrate Kirkland, hosted by PCS. This seasonal position is anticipated to begin in April and last through July or August, with up to 40 hours of work per week during that time. Most work will be done Monday-Friday at Kirkland City Hall, with occasional weekend or evening shifts. The on-call program assistant must be available to work July 4 and the days immediately preceding and following the holiday.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, the capacity to prioritize tasks and work on a variety of projects with competing deadlines. Candidates should have the ability to be adaptable to new situations, ideas, and challenges and must be able to take initiative and work proactively. Must be self-motivated and work well as part of a supportive team.
This position will work closely with the Celebrate Kirkland team to help plan and carry out the event. Primary tasks include purchasing, vendor and parade entry support, volunteer recruitment and record keeping, marketing and outreach support, and other administrative functions.
The on-call program assistant is the primary contact for vendors, contractors, and volunteers to ensure logistical needs as well as contract terms and conditions are met.
The program assistant also serves as the on-site liaison for several events, facilitating the delivery and set-up of event equipment such as tables, chairs, pop-up canopies, marketing materials, audio-visual equipment and other supplies.

Distinguishing Characteristics: This is the entry-level classification in the Parks and Community Services (PCS) Program series. The incumbent follows routine procedures and guidelines in the application of prescribed duties and works under close supervision with work frequently reviewed by a superior. This classification is distinguished from the Program Coordinator in that the latter performs more complex technical duties and responsible program coordination requiring a higher level of knowledge and skill.

- Provides information and responds to inquiries. Staffs front office and provides customer service to participants, staff, and the general public.
- Performs registration procedures to include: enrolling in classes, accepting and receipting payments, maintaining wait lists, performing transfers, issuing class adjustments, program scholarships, compiling daily system totals and reconciliation for daily receipts of cash, check and credit card payments.
- Maintains and organizes supplies and equipment, purchases, and inventory materials, reconciles payments, p-card statements, contracts and billing.
- Responsible for facility rentals, including calculating and processing payments, deposits, refunds, scheduling and overseeing rental staff.
- Assists with data collection, reports, recordkeeping, expense, and revenue tracking, evaluating programs, new participant outreach, and quality assurance.
- Provides administrative support for Munis, TRIM, AdobeSign, Lucity, and similar programs including creating, entering, and processing contracts and agreements.
- Coordinates training and scheduling of staff, volunteers, and interns; provides emergency backup staffing as needed.
- Creates and maintains instructor contracts and enters into the City's record management software. Coordinates the processing of contracts.
- Assists with the organization and production of department events (i.e. Green Kirkland Program, community building events, etc.).
- Assists with publicizing and promoting programs, program brochure preparation, and maintaining City webpages.
- Inventories, purchases, maintains, and organizes program supplies and equipment.

- Performs functions as assigned in the City's emergency response plan in the event of an emergency.

- 2 years of customer service.
- 1 year experience in an administrative support position
- 6 months of experience working in education, recreation, environmental, social or leisure services

Job Summary
Performs the functions of law enforcement necessary to maintain public peace, protect life and property, prevent crime, apprehend violators of the law and otherwise assure proper enforcement of the laws and ordinances of the City of Kirkland and the State of Washington.
Principal Accountabilities
The Police Department works shift work of varied hours depending on assignment. Officer's work with current technology such as in car computer systems and computer aided dispatch. Officers are generally assigned to one person patrol cars, but may be assigned to collateral duties or assignments depending on department needs.
- Contributes to the preservation of peace and protection of life and property by patrolling an assigned area primarily by car, and occasionally on foot, bicycle or motorcycle. Responds to a wide variety of calls and complaints to include misdemeanors and felonies and civil issues.
- Contributes to the apprehension of criminal suspects by conducting preliminary and follow-up investigations. This would involve contacting and interviewing witnesses and victims of a crime; sketching & photographing a crime scene; dusting for latent fingerprints; and collecting other evidence and preserving the chain of evidence. The position prepares criminal investigation reports and testifies in court.
- Contributes to the smooth and safe movement of traffic on City streets by performing traffic and parking enforcement functions. This would include observing traffic movement, operating radar speed detection units, directing traffic, and issuing traffic citations.
- Contributes to understanding the cause of traffic accidents by conducting accident investigations. Attempts to determine the cause (driver error or mechanical failure) of the accident.
- Contributes to the enforcement of City laws and ordinances by apprehending violators. The subduing and arresting of violators could range from simply advising the suspect that he/she is under arrest to a physical confrontation involving the use of force up to and including the use of a firearm. Once suspect is in custody, a complete booking procedure will be followed.
- Contributes to the prevention of crime by giving talks; maintaining a high degree of visibility. This involves knowing the layout of City streets; extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and municipal law; patrolling key problem areas; and knowing the routines of the City and its citizens in order to identify unusual or abnormal activities.
- Contributes to a favorable image of the Department.
- The position performs various other duties as assigned, including the transportation of prisoners to court or medical facilities; serving misdemeanor and felony warrants for arrest; and maintaining security in the jail area.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading the mobile recreation program held at various park sites throughout Kirkland. Must be able to work as a team with other assigned staff and also independently with little supervision. Will perform and oversee the daily operations and activities, which include leading organized games, arts & crafts, and special events. Develops positive, supportive relationships with participants, parents, the public and other department staff.
