We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts.


Position Summary

The Account Manager oversees maintenance crews, customer relationships, and branch operations for assigned commercial accounts. Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of assigned crews, coordinating shared resources with other Account Managers.
  • Build strong customer relationships through communication, regular site visits, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including scheduling, crew assignments, equipment needs, and repairs.
  • Support crew leaders with horticulture training, equipment maintenance, instructions, and resolving labor conflicts.

Requirements
