As a retail merchandising representative you will be ensuring that a proper level of product stock is maintained and that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf space. This includes setup, plan-o-gram execution, stocking, facing, and rotating of the manufacturer's product (experience required). You will also have the opportunity in many stores to build relationships with the store management. You must be willing to work on all types of resets. Resets can include (but are not limited to) grocery, cosmetic, and hair care. This position requires the ability to travel within at least a 40 mile radius within a specified zip code. Position Overview

The Case Administrator supports WCRG by assisting with case management and providing administrative support to the case management team, mediators, attorneys, and clients. This role plays an important part in ensuring mediations run smoothly from initial setup through completion. The position includes a combination of administrative case management, client interaction, and mediation support for both remote and in-person sessions.

This is a hybrid/remote position requiring the candidate to work three days per week in the office and two days per week remotely. This schedule is subject to change as needed.



Key Responsibilities

·       Creates and organizes case file documentation in the MyCase case management software, including initial case setup with clients, attorneys, mediators, and key deadlines for payments, mediation briefs, and signatures.

·       Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person mediations, including preparing conference rooms and managing Zoom breakout rooms.

·       Welcome mediators, attorneys, and their clients and assist with conference room or virtual room assignments.

·       Collect and track signed confidentiality agreements prior to mediation.

·       Assist in ensuring mediation briefs are submitted to the mediator before the session.

·       Prepare conference rooms for mediations and restock supplies as needed.

·       Coordinate lunch orders for mediation sessions when required.

·       Ensure department laptops and technology are functioning properly for mediations.

·       Provide light front desk support.



Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in a related field.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team and handle all aspects of plaintiff’s personal injury cases, from pre-litigation through litigation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong litigation skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and the ability to thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
  • Handle pre-litigation tasks including demand letters, negotiations, and client communications.
  • Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Conduct and defend depositions with confidence.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient case management and exceptional client service.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their case.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff’s personal injury strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload.
  • Strong legal writing, negotiation, and litigation skills.
  • Comfortable and experienced in depositions, mediations, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Excellent client relations skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
