The client is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney with substantial Chapter 11 experience to join our Wilmington, Delaware office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex corporate restructurings, represent debtors and creditors in high-profile proceedings, and collaborate with a nationally recognized team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders in Chapter 11 proceedings
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and contested matters in bankruptcy court
- Lead and support plan negotiations and confirmation processes
- Conduct 363 sales, DIP financing matters, and adversary proceedings
- Provide strategic restructuring advice to corporate clients
- Manage case strategy, timelines, and client communications
- Supervise junior associates and coordinate with financial advisors and other professionals
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Delaware Bar (or ability to obtain promptly)
- 4+ years of bankruptcy experience with a strong focus on Chapter 11
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $250,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Candidates will be operating a brand-new Embraer Praetor 600, outfitted with the latest in aviation technology. All crew members are required to live within a four-hour radius of ILG, have international flight experience, and must be type-rated on the EMB550.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Flight Safety and Operations
- Ensure all flight, crew, and trip activities comply with company and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive flight planning, performance, and weight and balance calculations for each assignment.
- Lead pre-flight briefings using the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology to identify and mitigate risks.
- Perform and document pre-flight inspections, verify aircraft maintenance status, and ensure mission readiness.
- Oversee aircraft ground servicing, including fueling, oil, and oxygen requirements.
- Serve as the Ground Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator in accordance with company policy.
- Conduct passenger briefings and ensure safety, comfort, and personalized service throughout the flight.
- Apply Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) principles to maintain clear, coordinated communication during all flight operations.

This is a temp to hire position with a varying schedule of 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday, however, required to work two nights a week from 12pm to 9pm with rotating Saturdays 8AM-12PM.
This position offers $16/hr.
Essential Duties:
- Achieve department standards, goals, and work minimum accounts per hour as set by management through continuous efforts to contact clients and collect on debtor accounts while performing all phases of skip tracing work
- Follow up on all accounts/payment arrangements until paid, settled, cured from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible by management
- Keep accurate records and documentation of activity on accounts worked through policies and procedures as set forth by the company
- Adhere to and abide by all regulations as set forth by the FDCPA
- Any other duties as assigned by General Manager or Section Manager
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be available to attend and complete entire training program
- Required to work 2 nights per week until 9pm
- Strong customer service, written, and oral communication skills required
- Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and meet deadlines
- Experience in agency or bank recovery, and knowledge of the FDCPA and credit bureau reports (preferred)
