Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:

Compensation Summary

Position Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing compounding and filling operations to ensure production goals for quality, efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance are achieved. This role combines strong technical manufacturing knowledge with leadership, operational analytics, and continuous improvement capabilities. The ideal candidate has a degree in Manufacturing Engineering (or similar), 3 years of experience in food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic manufacturing, and demonstrated success managing complex, regulated processes.

Technical & Operational Leadership
- Lead end-to-end compound and fill manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency, throughput, quality, and safety.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Operates radiological equipment to produce quality radiographs (x-rays) of the body for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physician.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- Position patients and adjust immobilization devices to obtain optimum views of a specified area and/or body part by using ionizing radiation. Also assists physician during fluoroscopy exams.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the operation of all Radiology machinery, not limited to C-arms, portable and stationary x-ray machines, and panorex machine to produce radiographic images in DR,CR and fluoroscopic modes
- Consistently and correctly place patient's identification on images using at least two patient identifiers in accordance with the National Patient Safety Standards; properly processing imaging and labeling them with the correct study descriptions. Also labeling the images with the correct lead makers on a consistent basis.
- Prepares and maintains appropriate records as required. Verify cases in PACS (Picture Archiving Communication System) and complete cases in the RIS (Radiology information system) on a timely basis. Participate in any and all projects pertaining to the maintenance and/or correction of the radiology data bases.
- Explains procedures to patient to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation. Display the ability to recognize patients pain and provide comfort when possible. Display superior customer service skills and participate in the distribution and collection of customer service surveys.
- Able to moves x-ray equipment into specified positions and locations. Knowledgeable in the adjustment of equipment settings in relations to KVP, MA, time and distance.
- Practices radiation safety and protection by utilizing the proper techniques in collimation, shielding and ensuring patients, co-workers and family are at the desired distance prior to emitting ionizing radiation.
- Competently operates fixed and mobile x-ray equipment across many settings- operating room, emergency room, or at patient's bedside. Participate in all areas of General Imaging not limited to Surgery, Out Patient Clinic, Emergency Room, Inpatient area, Portables, Schwab and Urodynamics.
- Demonstrates radiologic techniques for age-specific patients needs including procedures for port chest, skull, spine, abdomen, extremity, pelvis, and O.R. procedures with C-arm.
- Consistently and competently demonstrates knowledge and ability in use of departmental equipment not limited to the CR/DR general diagnostic rooms, digital/analog portable x-ray machines, C-Arms, fluoroscopy, patient moving equipment, CR Readers and, Disc Makers.
- Demonstrates ability to address proper safety procedures including shielding from radiation, equipment safety, and patient safety. Knowledgeable of all Emergency Code and perform well in all Mock Training scenarios. Certified in CPR and obtained certification in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates knowledge of criteria to identify victims of abuse and neglect.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Work overtime when needed. Display leadership and teamwork throughout the department and hospital. Provide support in all quality improvement initiatives by submitting ideas and suggestions. Actively participate in the submission of service request to proper vendors and communicating all equipment failures. Perform properly in the completion of shift change reports and also in the area of supply ordering and the restocking.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
An Associates degree from a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technologist (JRCERT) approved two-year course in radiologic technology.
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Must be eligible for certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
- IDNS/IEMA, ARRT, CPR required.

The Surgical Planning Lead is a senior clinical engineer responsible for overseeing day-to-day surgical planning execution and workflow quality across complex surgical cases, ensuring high-quality, timely, and scalable delivery of virtual surgical planning services across multiple specialties. The Surgical Planning Lead works closely with engineers, planners, and manufacturing to translate clinical needs into executable plans while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
Surgical Planning Execution & Quality
- Lead end-to-end surgical planning workflows including design validations, planning sessions, and quality assurance.
- Ensure clinical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to surgeon-specific preferences.
- Schedule and conduct surgical planning sessions for Craniomaxillofacial and Thoracic surgeries.
- Maintain quality standards across digital deliverables, guides, and printed components.
Process Standardization
- Document and continuously improve standardized surgical planning workflows.
- Ensure consistent implementation of workflows across planners, engineers, and locations.
- Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with leadership to improve turnaround time and efficiency.
Case Management and Operational Support
- Oversee surgical case schedules, keeping track during various stages of operation and making sure planning, printing and deliveries are done in a timely manner.
- Foster team accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Track planning workloads, turnaround times, and case complexity.
- Support operational reporting related to planning throughput and capacity.
- Assist leadership with data collection to support resource planning and optimization initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer teams to support planning sessions, demos, and surgeon onboarding.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on clinical workflows and real-world usage.
Customer & Clinical Partner Engagement
- Lead and support surgeon planning sessions and case reviews.
- Serve as a primary clinical point of contact for complex cases and point-of-care programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with surgeons through consistent quality and responsiveness.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in surgical planning, virtual surgical planning (VSP), or medical device clinical engineering.
- Hands-on experience with segmentation, design, and planning tools (e.g., Mimics, Freeform, Dolphin equivalent).
- Strong understanding of CMF surgical workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with surgeons, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred
- Exposure to point-of-care manufacturing workflows.
- Experience supporting research, clinical studies, or data collection initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Thoracic surgical workflows.
