Job Summary: Provide underwriting and wordings support to assigned Specialty Risks teams or focus groups and general support across Specialty Risks and other Beazley trading teams as necessary.

Wordings:
* Primary focus is on drafting policy wordings and endorsements to support business/underwriting objectives of the assigned Specialty Risks team/focus group.
* Assist the focus groups in addressing coverage issues raised in the underwriting and negotiation process to assist in successful closing of business opportunities.
* Assist the focus groups in achieving sales and service goals by providing high quality and timely response to queries raised.
* Providing support on underwriting, product development, and coverage issues.
* If qualified, review confidentiality agreements and warranty statements as needed for US/UK/RoW Specialty Risks Underwriters in order to engage in the underwriting process.
* Assist Specialty Risks underwriters in addressing bespoke coverage requests; requires interaction with Brokers, Insureds, other key external stakeholders (i.e. insured counsel).
* Managing the NDA process and manage and train wordings analysts work with NDAs.
* Managing the Endorsement process in the US and RoW.
* Manage the US, UK and RoW Product Development and Product Delivery process which includes: product development, drafting, addressing questions and objections from state departments of insurance when necessary for US platform products.
* Manage the US admitted filings and supporting the filing process for wordings and endorsements.
* Coordinate projects and work collaboratively with other key stakeholders internally, including but not limited to Compliance, Claims, Conduct Risk, UW Controls and Operations, Specialty Risks, Marketing and IT.
* Monitor competitive landscapes for the continuous improvement or wordings and underwriting controls.
* Participate in Team/Focus Group Business Planning, Away Days, Broker/Client meetings and other Marketing events, as required and appropriate.
* Provide assistance with additional projects and/or legal services (if qualified) for Business Management, Specialty Risks or other Beazley teams, as needed.
* Monitor claims developments and impact of wording on claims.

Position Summary:
The Vice President is responsible for supporting the Distressed Investment Teamβs management of the restructuring and liability management processes of Octagonβs stressed and distressed investments. About the Role
Biz2Credit is launching a new small-business credit card, and we are hiring a Director of Credit Card Risk Strategy to build and scale the risk engine that powers the product. This role sits within the Risk organization and focuses on designing and executing the fraud and credit strategies required to safely grow a new card portfolio.
You will own fraud and credit risk strategy across the full lifecycle, partner with Data Science on model development, work with product and engineering to implement rules and logic, and collaborate with vendors who support fraud detection, identity verification, and credit decisioning. This is a hands-on, analytics-driven role for someone who has built or scaled card risk systems before.
Key Responsibilities
Fraud Risk Strategy & Analytics
- Develop and manage fraud strategies across the full credit card lifecycle: KYC, KYB, onboarding, transaction monitoring, disputes, and chargebacks
- Build and optimize fraud rules, signals, and decisioning logic
- Partner with Data Science to develop or enhance fraud models
- Monitor fraud KPIs, emerging patterns, and loss trends to adjust strategy
- Work with fraud vendors and platforms to implement rules, workflows, and detection capabilities
Credit Risk Strategy & Analytics
- Own credit line assignment, credit line increases (CLI), credit line decreases (CLD), and ongoing credit monitoring
- Develop and refine credit risk segmentation, cutoffs, and exposure strategies
- Partner with Data Science online assignment models and credit risk models
- Build dashboards and analytics to track credit performance, delinquencies, and portfolio trends
- Continuously optimize credit policies to balance growth and risk
Card Program Buildout & Scaling
- Contribute to building the fraud and credit risk foundation for a new credit card program
- Support scaling of the portfolio through iterative strategy, analytics, and model improvements
- Ensure risk systems, rules, and logic are implemented correctly across product, engineering, and vendor platforms
CrossβFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, operations, and external vendors to launch and scale long duration programs
- Translate risk strategy into technical requirements for implementation
- Partner with compliance teams as needed; deep expertise not required, but familiarity with Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA, and UDAAP is helpful
Qualifications
- 5β10+ years of experience in credit card fraud risk, credit risk, risk analytics, or risk modeling
- Handsβon experience with fraud lifecycle management: KYC, KYB, onboarding, transaction monitoring, disputes, chargebacks
- Experience with credit line strategy: limit assignment, CLI, CLD, and credit monitoring
- Strong analytics background; proficiency in SQL required, Python preferred
- Experience working with fraud and/or credit risk vendors and platforms (e.g., decision engines, fraud tools, KYC/KYB providers)
- Experience building or scaling risk strategies for a credit card program
- Ability to work cross functionally with product, engineering, data science, and vendors
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for credit cards; ability to partner with compliance teams

You would be supporting their Professional Services and Capital Solutions groups across two floors, ensuring a client-ready office environment, seamless visitor experience, and strong operational execution. You would lead office remodeling projects, furniture procurement, and vendor management to maintain a premium workplace experience.
Overview:
β’ Manage front desk operations including visitor experience, guest registration, mail/package handling, and phone/email routing.
β’ Own daily facilities operations across two floors, maintaining a professional, clean, and fully functional office environment.
β’ Serve as primary liaison with building management and coordinate service requests, repairs, and maintenance.
β’ Oversee conference room readiness, meeting setup, catering coordination, and hospitality support for client-facing meetings.
