Job Title : Medical Assistant/Technician (Hospital Corpsman) Category / Component : Enlisted β’ Both Overview Hospital Corpsmen assist healthcare professionals and provide medical and dental care to Sailors, Marines, and their families across clinics, hospitals, ships, and field units, gaining broad clinical, technical, and operational experience.
Key Responsibilities Perform emergency medical treatment for Sailors, Marines, and specialized units such as SEALs and Seabees; provide basic and emergency dental care and process dental X rays; serve as operating room technician and assist in surgery; administer preventive care and medications including immunizations and IVs; conduct physical exams and assist in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries; maintain patient records, perform clinical tests, and support physicians and nurses in a wide range of specialties.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, one provider will be scheduled from 8:30a-5:00p and the second provider will be scheduled from 10:00a-6:30p.
- Setting: Outpatient clinic.Β
- Cases: Clinic based coverage. Summary:
The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving organic traffic growth through SEO and AI-driven discovery channels. This role leads strategy across technical SEO, content optimization, site architecture, and schema implementation to improve visibility and βShare of Modelβ on generative search platforms. The specialist analyzes performance data, conducts keyword and competitive research, and partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to turn insights into growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least three years of SEO or growth marketing experience (preferably in North American e-commerce), is comfortable working in startup environments, understands technical and content-led SEO, and is passionate about AI, emerging search trends, and Asian products. Responsibilities
- Own the organic growth strategy across SEO and AI discovery platforms
- Implement strategies to increase "Share of Model" by optimizing site architecture and Schema markup for Generative Engine Optimization
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical SEO, onsite and offsite optimization, and content-led growth initiatives
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to implement the organic traffic growth strategy
- Monitor and analyze search rankings, website performance, and user behaviorοΌ translating insights into clear action items

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, growth marketing, or AI-driven traffic, preferably within the North American e-commerce industry

- Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations

KEY PURPOSE:
The Marketing Manager, USA will be the on-the-ground force driving Berghausβ brand momentum across the market. Acting as the essential link between our Global HQ in London and our commercial, product, and retail teams in the US, this role will identify and unlock opportunities that accelerate brand growth in one of our highest potential markets. They will translate the global brand strategy into culturally relevant, locally resonant activity β collaborating with creative, media, and community partners to bring Berghaus to life for US consumers. This is a hybrid strategicβhands-on role: part market specialist, part brand builder, part orchestrator. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead US Brand Activation & Campaign Execution
β’ Localize and execute global brand campaigns with excellence, ensuring creative relevance and market fit.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
β’ 3β5 years of experience in community activation, experiential marketing, creator partnerships, and/or retail marketing within outdoor, sport, or lifestyle brands.
β’ A natural connector, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across creators, athletes, clubs, retailers, media, and community leaders.
β’ Hands-on experience delivering real world activations, including community events, rides, hikes, launches, seeding programs, partnerships, trade shows, and retail moments.
β’ Experience briefing and managing creators and partners to deliver high quality, on brand, culturally relevant content.

Base pay is a portion of our total compensation package and determined within a range that allows growth and development within your role. Your base pay will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.

The role of the Senior Manager of Payments and Fraud is to drive the strategy to optimize approval rates, payment provider fees, chargebacks, and ensure compliance with regulations. This person will be comfortable developing and utilizing reporting to identify areas for opportunity and optimization, working cross-functionally to implement changes, manage payment providers, and directing the operations of the fraud team.
