We are partnered with a well-established industrial organization in Tinley Park seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation initiatives. This role will play an important part in strengthening compensation practices, ensuring consistency, and partnering with senior HR leadership to execute key programs.

This is a hybrid role with onsite requirements 3-4 days per week.

• Leading compensation-related initiatives including job architecture, job descriptions, and pay structure alignment
• Partnering closely with HR leadership to advance compensation programs and priorities
• Supporting the administration of annual compensation planning and related processes
• Leading an HR Analyst

As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation

These managers' responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.

The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCaf and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
