This position will work very closely with attorneys on litigation matters and must be in the office in Center City three times every week after a short probationary period. • Drafting pleadings
• Facilitating and drafting discovery requests and responses
• E-filing
• Conducting legal research
• Assisting with trial preparation and attending trials, etc.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of medical malpractice and/or personal injury litigation experience.
• Sexual abuse litigation experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with the Philadelphia court system is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
• Time management and multi-tasking skills are required.
• Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in this fast past environment and be able to work with minimal guidance and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.
• BA/BS a plus.
