This position will work very closely with attorneys on litigation matters and must be in the office in Center City three times every week after a short probationary period. Duties include case management through all phases of litigation, including but not limited to the following:


  • Drafting pleadings
  • Facilitating and drafting discovery requests and responses
  • E-filing
  • Conducting legal research
  • Assisting with trial preparation and attending trials, etc.


Qualifications:
