Position Summary
As a CATV Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the network infrastructure by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of broadband systems and equipment. This includes maintaining fiber optic and coaxial cables, signal amplifiers, distribution systems, and customer premises equipment (CPE). They respond to service outages, perform preventative maintenance, and support network upgrades or expansions. Technicians often work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including utility poles, underground vaults, and service areas, using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to keep services running smoothly and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify faults within the subscriber drop, feeder/distribution and trunk systems to ensure proper signal level
- Correct these faults by adjusting, repairing or replacing passive or active components, including power supplies and power inserters
- Perform signal egress/ingress detection; sweep alignment; installations; troubleshooting; test point measurements; system balance and preliminary proofs
- Perform emergency restoration of signal outages in the feeder/distribution and trunk systems • Complete work assignments generated through technician follow-up requests, including unresolved technician work orders

Experience and qualifications
- 3 years experience or related work history in the CATV/Broadband industry
- Understanding of and ability to use: signal level meter, volt-ohm meter, cable locator egress monitoring devices, AC clamp meter television test set, spectrum analyzer basic time domain reflectometer, system maps sweep gear
- Ability to demonstrate technical expertise in a variety of situations, evaluate problems and implement the best solution

Due to an unforeseen medical issue resulting in the loss of an associate attorney, our small law firm located in Tacoma, Washington is looking to add another Associate Attorney to join our Workers Compensation/Social Security team. This is a full-time on-site role. Our firm provides extensive paralegal support, and we promote a team environment. We are a non-billable firm that operates on a 37.5-hour work week and does not require attorneys to meet set quotas.
This is a litigation position which does require the ability to work independently and the ability to meet deadlines. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in a variety of areas, including workers compensation, social security disability and personal injury. The Associate Attorney will attend administrative hearings at the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review for Social Security disability claims, and at the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals for Workers Compensation claims. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for formula, mix design accuracy at all plants and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain formulas that will produce quality products at the most efficient cost
- Build and maintain standards for quality control processes & quality assurance programs
- Monitor quality assurance testing and provide updates to leadership
- Coordinate required testing for finished goods and raw materials
- Assist product managers as needed
- Assist plants with line studies to determine consistency of products
- Evaluate raw materials
- Assist plants with trial runs of any new products
- Look for opportunities to improve products by optimizing formulas.
- Train plant QC personnel and machine operators as needed
- Perform root cause analysis for poor test results and customer complaints
- Develop corrective actions with various teams
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with ASTM and CSA specifications that relate to concrete products and raw materials
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique
- Production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective procurement, manufacture, and distribution of goods
- Knowledge of procurement requests for proposal and negotiation
- Travel requirements up to 50% (US & Canada)
- Bilingual preferred (English, French, Spanish)
- Previous experience with change leadership and program implementation
Compensation
- Base salary $90,000-$120,000
- Monthly car allowance
- Vacation hours of two weeks per year

We're looking for Operating Room RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Tacoma, WA. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience as a circulating nurse, and/or scrub nurse, and potentially RN first assistant. Read below for more requirements.
As an OR Travel Nurse, you will assist physicians and medical staff in caring for surgical patients, as well as providing pre- and post-surgery care and education to the patient. Circulating OR Nurses work within the operating suite but outside of the sterile field; Scrub OR Nurses handle and prepare operating instruments and equipment within the sterile field. Surgery responsibilities may include preparing instruments for specific surgical procedures, monitoring and observing the patient during surgery, and responding to potential complications alongside the physician.
As an OR Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
- Provide basic bedside care.
- Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions to treatment.
- Serve as the communication liaison between patients' family members and members of the operating team.
- Ensure that the correct procedure(s) is being performed on the correct patient.
- Initiate patient education plan as prescribed by physician; teach patients and families how to manage medication and home care needs.
Additional duties for Circulating OR Nurses may include:
- Responding to comfort and safety needs of patient.
- Accurate care and handling of specimens.
- Monitoring equipment used during surgery.
- Inventory of surgical items pre- and post-procedure.
Additional duties for Scrub OR Nurses may include:
- Selection and handling of surgical instruments and supplies during procedures.
- Inventory of surgical items pre- and post-procedure.
Additional duties for RN First Assistant may include:
- Assist physicians by delivering direct surgical care.
- Help control bleeding.
- Suture patients following surgery.
OR Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times. RNs may face hazards from exposure to certain chemicals or infectious diseases in the operating room environment.
