Pay: First year on target total compensation is $120,000 with no cap ($70,000 base) but you must have the following sales capabilities:
You must have two years prior B2B sales success selling commodities into a highly competitive market.

Senior Project Manager - Capital Equipment & Manufacturing Operations
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead capital equipment and manufacturing projects across multiple sites in Connecticut, Georgia, and New York, with a primary base in Orangeburg, NY. You will manage projects from planning through commissioning, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
What You’ll Do
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects ($1M–$10M), including budgeting, scheduling, scope, and risk management.
- Oversee manufacturing equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning.
- Coordinate activities across multiple sites (CT, GA, NY) and serve as the primary project lead at Orangeburg, NY.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardize project management practices.
- Track and communicate milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, aerospace, or similar technical environments.
- Proven experience with capital projects and manufacturing equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multi-site projects and travel as needed.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
