Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living support, including hygiene, meals, mobility, and medication reminders
- Engage clients in meaningful, structured activities and community involvement
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate).
