An Account Manager, working alongside Business Development colleagues, acts as a point of contact for school districts. This entails building and maintaining long-term relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring they receive the best possible service from the company. Daily tasks will include managing sales pipelines, identifying new opportunities, and achieving revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling while acting as a liaison between the school district and internal teams. This position may require occasional travel.
GUIDELINES
Β· Sales goals will be outlined depending on district needs and procurement process
Β· Ensuring that we are properly registered as a vendor and able to do business with the district, including the successful execution of all contracts and monitoring of new RFPβs/business opportunities
Β· Delivering an effective introductory call with the Business Development Managerβs that will explain the role of the District Support Manager and establish district preferences/needs
Β· Increase revenue by helping the hiring process run smoothly from submittal to start β being involved in each step of the process
Β· Partnering with internal teams to ensure that candidates are working the correct number of contracted hours, as well as troubleshooting any discrepancies on timecards and/or invoices
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Β· 2-3 years of client/account management experience
Β· Recent Sales/ Account Manager Experience
Β· Fluent in Microsoft Suite and maintaining and generating databases
COMPETENCIES
Β· Client Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with assigned districts through regular communication, proactive outreach, and thorough understanding of their business goals.
Β· Account Management: Overseeing all aspects of a district's account, including contract renewals, service delivery, and ensuring school district satisfaction.
Β· Sales Growth: Identifying new business opportunities within existing districts, upselling additional disciplines, and driving revenue growth.
Β· Needs Analysis: Evaluating district needs and identifying potential areas for improvement or new solutions to propose.
Β· Problem Resolution: Addressing district concerns and resolving any issues that may arise promptly and effectively.
Β· Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with districts through various channels like phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Β· Reporting and Analysis: Tracking key district metrics, generating reports on revenue performance, and identifying trends to inform future strategies.
Β· Internal Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, credentialing, payroll, accounts payable, and human resources to ensure seamless district experience.
Β· Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms and conditions with districts to secure new business and renewals.
Β· Market Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for districts.
Position Details:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an Early Childhood Center serving students in a specialized autism program.
Position: 1 Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: North Kansas City, Missouri
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: May 28 (End of School Year)
Interview Process: Zoom Meeting
- Caseload: Approximately 35 students
- Population: Early childhood students in a specialized program for students with autism
- Experience Preferred: AAC device experience is highly beneficial
- Setting: Onsite only (working directly with littles)
- Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM β 3:30 PM
