Position Summary:


Hardware manufacture that provides customized, secure solutions for industries including healthcare, retail, transportation, and hospitality, with in-house design, machining, and fabrication.


The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role serves as a primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and contributing to revenue growth. The Account Executive plays a critical role in understanding client needs and aligning them with the company's solutions and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling technology, hardware, or solution-based services.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or Sandler.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines, including Haas Turn Mill and Mazak lathes.
  • Program lathes using drawings and job travelers to produce designated parts.
  • Operate the Star Clip machine and perform secondary operations such as deburring, grinding, drilling, and tapping.
  • Inspect parts for quality, take measurements, detect production flaws, and adjust or reprogram controls.
  • Communicate effectively with Machinist Level III and Engineering regarding concerns or job changes.
  • Recommend or approve supplies and materials necessary for lathe jobs.
  • Serve as backup to the Machinist Level I to maintain workflow through the department.
  • Assist with general facility operations, including equipment loading/unloading and inventory management.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures and regulations.
  • Stay current with job knowledge through training and educational opportunities, including conversational programming and TMA classes.
  • Keep work areas organized and clean, including sweeping and general upkeep.


Education and Work Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a shop environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC turning equipment.


Physical and Skill Requirements

  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
  • Proficiency with basic shop tools, such as drills, hammers, screwdrivers, sanders, and saws.
  • Ability to perform high school-level math, including decimals and metric measurements.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints and use simple gaging tools, such as tape rules, dial calipers, and pin gauges.
  • Fluent in reading and writing English.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution. Conduct thorough, impartial investigations to ensure consistent and fair HR practices.
  • Serve as a trusted coach and escalation resource for complex employee relations matters.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting multiple sites.
  • Experience in food service, hospitality, or manufacturing preferred.


Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity or similar).

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support our high-precision metal manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates and preparing competitive proposals for custom-manufactured components used in Electric Vehicles (EV), Aerospace, and Power Generation applications.


The Estimator will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, customers, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing, efficient process planning, and timely project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive cost estimates for custom manufacturing projects
  • Create detailed process routings and establish estimated production timelines
  • Calculate material layouts, usage, and required outside services
  • Prepare and submit formal proposals for customer review
  • Partner with the Engineering and Production teams to validate processes and costs
  • Communicate directly with customers and suppliers regarding specifications, scope, and deliverables
