Position Summary:
Our Behavioral Health Department employs community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of Clinical Supervisor, Psychologist. Reporting to the Director of VIDA Guidance Center, the Clinical Supervisor provides regular clinical supervision to a team of Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMSW, Psychologists) while maintaining a small caseload of patients as well.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Doctoral Degree program (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- Valid NYS License
- Experience working in a previous mental health setting, outpatient clinic or hospital with supervisory and/or leadership experience
- At least 2 years of direct experience providing clinical supervision
- Knowledge of OMH Requirements and work in an Article-31 setting
- Ability to successfully interact and communicate with a diversified population
- Bilingual, (English/Spanish) a plus.
Key Duties:
Primary responsibilities include: supervision of outpatient behavioral health providers, providing clinical training, ensuring proper documentation, and consultation activities; along with clinical duties of managing a panel of patients
- Provides weekly clinical supervision to a team of Therapists consisting of part time and full time associates.
- Reviews treatment plans and therapeutic processes.
- Conducts evidence based individual and group psychotherapy.
- Provides consultation to medical providers and social workers
- Participates in clinical team meetings.
- Complete all required documentation in the medical record, care planning, discharge planning
Starting Compensation:
Minimum $100,000 per year; Maximum $135,000 per year

Position Summary:
Octapharma USA is searching for a Coordinator, Speaker Events to join our team. The Coordinator, Speaker Programs will be responsible to support the planning, execution, and compliance of speaker programs and promotional educational events. This individual will assist with end-to-end coordination of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to regulatory and company policies. The role also provides general marketing team support through ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by the Manager, Marketing Technology and Operations.
Requirements:
- This position is required to be onsite in Paramus, NJ 5 days a week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Internship experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or Business preferred.

Octapharma USA Compensation and Benefit Summary: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $55,000 to $70,000; however, unexpected, and necessary adjustments or increases may result from Company annual salary increases, if applicable, and or fluctuations in the job market necessitating adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits, including parental leave), dependent on the position offered. The care plan advanced by the NP Provider aims to prevent or mitigate illness burden for the patient and family.
Each encounter comports with best practices of specialist palliative care, including history-taking, appropriate examination, formulation and care planning, treatment recommendation or implementation, communication, and documentation.
