Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) is seeking a Section Leader for the System Integration and Test (SI&T) Integrated Systems Department. This department supports multiple programs including Patriot and NASAMS Systems. As a Section Leader, the candidate will be expected to actively participate in Department level leadership team goals and initiatives, support department hiring and program staffing, provide employee feedback and mentoring, and be actively involved in daily program operations. This position provides an opportunity to grow your skillsets by contributing to the development of our workforce and creating and fostering a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead a cross functional team of engineers

  • Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with the team

  • Oversee the direct line management activities for the section including communication, performance impact, career development, and talent acquisition

  • Support department and discipline level initiatives

  • Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Oversight of personnel issue resolution

  • Adhere to and ensure alignment to Raytheon Technologies Values and Behaviors

Qualifications You Must Have

The Principal Product Engineer will learn the technical aspect of key product in the Andover, MA factory. The Product Engineer will be product centric technical liaison, focused on driving collaboration across work centers and all disciplines to resolve technical issues, improve efficiencies and optimize overall product yield to ensure high-quality and cost-effective products and systems. You will utilize data analysis, CORE methodologies, and technical understanding to maximize overall product test yield, efficiency, and value.

What You Will Do

  • Address major yield and technical issues highlighted by tech leads and factory operation managers.

  • Perform data analysis and provide direction for overall product yield and performance improvement.

  • Facilitate collaboration across manufacturing work centers and design engineering.

  • Empower production test engineer to resolve complex failures through data driven troubleshooting technique.

  • Establish technical understanding of the product architecture, subassemblies, and test requirement.

  • Partner with test and design engineering team to develop sustaining solution to technical problems with root cause and corrective action identification.

  • Requires direct support of manufacturing test activities and spending a large amount of time directly on the factory floor in support of a highly demanding dynamic environment.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and typically a minimum 8 years of relevant experience

  • 4+ years in Production testing/troubleshooting

The Department of Medicine's Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine (PACCS) seeks an Assistant or Associate Professor faculty on the Academic or Clinician Track with clinical focus on Lung Transplantation. As a Division, with more than 80 faculty based at four principal hospital sites, we proudly feature nationally recognized programs and leaders in Interstitial Lung Disease, COPD, Lung Transplantation, Critical Care Medicine (Respiratory Failure & ARDS), Cystic Fibrosis, Interventional Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. We strive to find new treatments and cures for diseases in these areas through basic, clinical and ‘big data’ research, while working to prevent respiratory illness. Primary Responsibilities include:

This academic track faculty member will devote at least 85% effort (90% or 95% for Clinician Track) to providing high quality clinical care in order to fill a faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor or above ( in the Academic Track or Clinician Scholar track). The remaining effort will be dedicated to education and collaborative research activities with the expectation of demonstrated accomplishments consistent with promotion in the academic track (an average of at least one publication per year, for example). The faculty will participate actively and contribute to PACCS Division and Department of Medicine academic and clinical programs. Those with a primary clinical focus and particular interest in lung transplantation are encouraged to apply. 

This position is ideal for clinically adept pulmonologist-intensivists who are interested in building an academic program that promotes high quality care with associated scholarship while interacting with colleagues and developing creative research and/or educational programs.

It is strongly encouraged that faculty develop an area of focus and expertise, gradually developing a regional and then national reputation. Faculty would participate actively in the relevant multi-disciplinary programs. Clinical effort may be reduced with participation in salary-supported activities (research, program leadership, etc). Duties and Responsibilities

As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation’s economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.

Typical assignments include:

- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations

- Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations

- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband

- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks

- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.

Qualifications

You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:

Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR

Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR

Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:

Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:

- Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.

- Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.

- Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.

The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.

Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR

Other Requirements

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
Providing daily supervision and mentorship
Managing household routines and student schedules
Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
