Sufficient typing and computer skills to?facilitate?useor electronic health recordsrequired; experiencewith?electronic?health?records, including?Medsphere/Vista preferred.?
Possess advanced level knowledge and experience in the application of clinical behavioral health treatment and family system modalities for patients with psychiatric illnesses.?
Possess an understanding of?appropriate community?support and systems available to patients after discharge.
Demonstrate competency and?possess?the knowledge base,?skill?and ability to work in an acute inpatient setting.?
Bilingual English/Spanish?is a plus.

The Facilities Data Analyst is a key resource for the Plant Operations and Facility Planning teams, responsible for turning complex facility data into actionable insights. This role leads and analyzes data related to facility operations, space utilization, facility infrastructure and refresh capital projects, maintenance performance, and regulatory compliance. The analyst’s work drives operational efficiency, strategic capital planning, and regulatory readiness for all AHJ (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) across the HealthPartners’ system.
Unlike a traditional IT data analyst role, this position is embedded in Facilities Operations and focuses on building systems, maintenance, environmental conditions, capital assets, utilities, and operational performance.
Work Schedule: FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 8 am to 5 pm.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience in data analytics within facilities, engineering, healthcare operations, or construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
- We are looking for a local Minnesota candidate for this on-site role.
- Strong skills in data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Compensation: $29.86 - $44.79 hourly

Park Nicollet Bariatric Surgery Center, which is accredited by the American College of Surgeons, is seeking a full-time Bariatric APC to join its collaborative team of Bariatric Surgeons, Bariatricians, Physician Assistants, experienced Bariatric Nurse Clinicians, Dietitians, Psychologists, Physical Therapists and great support staff.
Duties will include medical weight management of the non-surgical patients, pre-op medical screening, post operative follow-up for vertical sleeve gastrectomy, roux?en-y gastric bypass, and duodenal switch. Ideal candidate will have post-graduate clinical experience, including obesity medicine / weight management. This will be a hybrid position that is heavy on remote work.
