Responsibilities: About the Role

During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member's current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member's overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
  • Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
  • Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
  • Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
  • Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
  • Provide services at the member's place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

  • Consistency - Although we conduct assessments Sunday - Saturday from 8 am - 7 pm, our full-time (FT) providers typically work Monday - Friday from 8:00 to 5:30.
  • Competitive Pay - Earn an annual base salary ranging from $115,500 - $178,400 based on market compensation analysis and experience.
  • Incentive Program - Eligible for FT Clinician Traveler Incentive Plan in support of leaving no patient behind which includes a monthly (uncapped) incentive opportunity. In 2025, those who received an incentive payout averaged $500 per month ($6,000 annually).

  • Master's Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure
  • Current NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed
  • AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty
  • Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
  • 1 year of NP experience
  • Able to travel up to 80-90% of the time for extended periods of time to include overnight travel and weekends across the assigned region and possibly neighboring states
  • Valid state driver's license for the state of residence

  • Coordinate the infusion referral process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all incoming referrals.
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations for infusion services, including both medical and pharmacy benefits.
  • Serve as a liaison with referring providers, collecting necessary clinical documentation and keeping them informed of patient status.
  • Communicate with patients in a clear, empathetic, and service-oriented manner regarding referral status, insurance coverage, out-of-pocket responsibilities, and appointment scheduling.

Our employer is looking for a SOC Analyst to sit at Fort Meade. This candidate will be responsible for interacting with the government customer and being their first line of defense regarding any cyber threats. This person should have outstanding customer service skills and basic knowledge in cyber using SIEM tools to monitor the network for malicious activity. This person will be ensuring its overall health through 24/7 monitoring, directing, controlling, coordination, de-conflicting, synchronizing, and reporting the status to other staff.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • TS with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor degree and 4-12 YOE (above)
  • DoD 8570 IAT level II or higher certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE, ISC2 SSCP, SANS GSEC needed for submission to opening!
  • Experience monitoring the network for malicious activity using SIEM Tool like Wireshark, Splunk, Arcsight, Snort, Fireeye, PCAP, etc
  • Knowledge of Cyber Incident Handling/Triage ( preparation, detection/analysis, containment, and post incident events)

The Category Manager provides strategic market leadership in merchandising and vendor management. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, developing market insights, managing product assortments, fostering strong vendor relationships, and leading communication efforts within their assigned product category.


Sales & Profit Management

  • Drive sales and profitability by closely monitoring and optimizing the performance of each product group.
  • Ensure price competitiveness and prioritize cost-saving initiatives for core items.
  • Gather insights into customer needs and preferences through collaboration with sales and purchasing teams.


Product Management (Merchandising)

  • Proactively review SKU performance and collaborate with the team manager to ensure a strong and competitive product assortment.

  • Collaborate closely with vendors to maintain high product quality standards; promptly address quality issues with all relevant stakeholders and implement corrective actions.
  • In the event of quality concerns, actively partner with the Compliance Manager to ensure swift and effective resolution.


Market Insights & Marketing Communication & Others

  • Continuously monitor industry, category, and product trends to support data-driven decisions and sustain market leadership.
  • Evaluate environmental and competitive factors when making purchasing decisions to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Develop and execute marketing communication plans in collaboration with the sales team, including new product launch campaigns, pricing promotions, and other category-related marketing initiatives.
