Commercial Construction Superintendent

Annual Salary: $105k - $115k DOE | Plus Full Benefits | Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• Must have 7 to 10 years’ experience in Commercial Construction Superintendent
• College Construction Degree preferred
• OSHA 30 preferred
• In-depth understanding of budgets, invoicing, contracts, and all construction-related trades
• Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and personal organization
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate and manage commercial construction project(s)
• Determine needed resources (necessary manpower, equipment, and materials)
• Monitor the progress of construction activities on a regular basis to ensure the plan is following the established timeline
• Update status reports and other project-related documents
• Adhere to safety and OSHA guidelines

• Study Operations: Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
• Participant Management: Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants; conduct informed consent processes.
• Clinical Procedures: Perform study-specific procedures, such as obtaining vital signs, conducting ECGs, and collecting/processing lab specimens.
• Data Management: Collect, document, and enter study data into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain regulatory binders, ensure protocol adherence, and report adverse events to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and sponsors.
• Liaison Duties: Act as the primary point of contact for study participants, Principal Investigators (PIs), and sponsors.

The Wilmington, Delaware office of Akerman LLP seeks Litigation Associates with 2 to 5 years of experience in business litigation. Experience litigating matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery is required, as well excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the Delaware State Bar. Hybrid and remote work arrangements are available.

The client is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney with substantial Chapter 11 experience to join our Wilmington, Delaware office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex corporate restructurings, represent debtors and creditors in high-profile proceedings, and collaborate with a nationally recognized team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders in Chapter 11 proceedings
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and contested matters in bankruptcy court
• Lead and support plan negotiations and confirmation processes
• Conduct 363 sales, DIP financing matters, and adversary proceedings
• Provide strategic restructuring advice to corporate clients
• Manage case strategy, timelines, and client communications
• Supervise junior associates and coordinate with financial advisors and other professionals

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Delaware Bar (or ability to obtain promptly)
• 4+ years of bankruptcy experience with a strong focus on Chapter 11

Salary and Other Compensation:
