We are looking for a highly skilled SDET / QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Python, JavaScript, and modern automation frameworks to support automation solutions and end-to-end network validation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop automation solutions and test scripts for network platforms

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Python & JavaScript

• Validate end-to-end network components and behavior

• Develop automation microservices for testing infrastructure

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure quality delivery

Summary:

The Engineering Technician role is an entry-level position supporting civil engineering projects across site development, roadway, utilities, and stormwater systems under senior supervision. The role involves preparing designs, performing technical calculations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist during construction phases, including inspections and documentation. This position offers exposure to both office and field work, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Requirements:

• Prepare engineering designs, plans, and calculations for civil infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with project teams and regulatory agencies, including permit submissions
• Support construction activities such as RFIs, submittals, and field inspections

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant experience with knowledge of AutoCAD, StormCAD, ArcGIS, and Excel
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail

Requests photo ID and insurance cards, scanning copies. Records complete and accurate demographic and insurance information. Entering orders and confirming medical necessity for outpatient visits, if appropriate. Interviewing patients to accurately complete the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSPQ) questionnaire for all Medicare patients. Uses RTE (Real Time Eligibility), Phreesia or payer websites to verify patients' insurance coverage and benefits including patient's out of pocket liability. Ensures proper referral and authorizations are on file as needed. Completes all activities with adherence to departmental and institutional protocols. Assures regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Achieves individual and team performance metrics. Communicates and collects out-of-pocket liability from patients at the time of service. Rotates assignment to all points of service areas within Patient Access (Outpatient Registration and Emergency Department).

Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office skills and familiar with healthcare EHR applications i.e. EPIC, Cerner. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or third-party insurance coverage including managed care plans. Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills. Meticulous attention to detail.

Required High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree in healthcare or business administration preferred AND Emergency Department: Minimum 3 years experience in hospital, physician practice, or other related healthcare environment customer service. Prior registration experience in Emergency Dept preferred. Current Jefferson Seamless Access Representatives with a minimum of 1 year of experience will be considered as meeting the experience requirement.

Salary Range $17.00 to $21.89 The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.

Pay Range Information
