Job Summary:
As Head of Retention at Nominal, you'll own everything that keeps customers coming back: email/SMS strategy, loyalty programs, post-purchase journeys, conversion optimization, and creative promotions. You'll manage our email/SMS agency, work with our CRO agency, and use data to turn one-time buyers into repeat customers. This role is for someone who's driven repeat purchase rate and LTV improvements at a $10Mβ$50M DTC brand and knows the playbook like they made it.
Key Responsibilities:
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Drive 15%+ improvement in repeat purchase rate through loyalty optimization, segmentation, and targeted campaigns
- Revitalize our loyalty program and turn it into a measurable revenue driver
- Build post-purchase flows, VIP nurture campaigns, and win-back sequences that increase LTV
Email/SMS Strategy
- Own strategic direction of our email/SMS program (managed by agency); grow revenue and drive intentional promotions into those channels
- Grow email list through lead capture optimization and creative list-building tactics
- Optimize flows (welcome, cart abandon, post-purchase, win-back) and create exclusive promotions for subscribers
Creative Promotions & Offers
- Design flash sales and exclusive offers: SMS-only deals, app-early access, discount tiers, VIP perks
- Build promotional calendar with CMO for product launches and cultural campaigns
- Test gamification, spend thresholds, and urgency tactics that drive conversions without cheapening the brand
Conversion & AOV Optimization
- Partner with CRO agency to improve site conversion (currently ~2%) through testing and optimization
- Increase AOV by 10β15% via bundling, upsells, cross-sells, and checkout flow improvements
- Optimize merchandising: move slow sellers to clearance, improve product presentation, reduce friction
Customer Insights & Analytics
- Use data to understand what drives repeat purchases and what causes churn

Agency Management
- Manage email/SMS agency (BAD Marketing), CRO agency (WeConvert), and upsell platform (OneclickUpsell)

Key Qualifications:
Required:
- 5β7+ years in DTC e-commerce, focused on retention, email/SMS, and lifecycle marketing at Shopify brands doing $10Mβ$50M+ revenue
- Proven track record improving repeat purchase rate and driving significant email/SMS revenue growth
- Expert with Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or similar email/SMS platforms

Search and Rescue Medical Technician (SMT)
- Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter
- Perform aircrew duties and En Route Care (ERC) for routine illness and emergent patients
- Provide relief and assistance in areas ravaged by catastrophic natural disasters

Work Environment
As a Hospital Corpsman, you have the most diverse range of work environments in the Navy. Your job will likely take you all over the world-and far out of your comfort zone. If you choose to go the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field route, you will work in extreme and sometimes precarious conditions. From deep-sea diving to combat missions to flying in MH-60 Romeo helicopters, you will train outside the realm of conventional military forces to prepare for any mission. You may work independent of a physician or under supervision in this program.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training including:
Hospital Corps A School (19 weeks) in San Antonio, Texas for training on basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures.
After A School, HM-ATF candidates track to one of three advanced training paths:
- Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman Pipeline (121 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to basic reconnaissance, airborne operations, combatant diving, demolitions, clinical diagnostics, advanced trauma skills, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), basic surgical anesthesia, basic veterinary medicine and basic dental exams. - Search and Rescue Medical Tech Pipeline (27 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to advanced fluid resuscitation, administration and management of Advanced Life Support medications, use of emergency medical equipment, rescue and recovery devices and patient handling. - Medical Deep Sea Diving Tech Pipeline (28 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to diving physics, scuba and surface-supplied air diving, recognition and treatment of diving related illnesses.
After completing your pipeline, you'll receive your first assignment. You'll go wherever you're needed, which can be anywhere in the world. Automatic promotion opportunities are available but are competitive and based on completion of pipeline.
Post-Service Opportunities

We're looking for a Telecommunications Systems Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business.
This position will provide opportunities to lead portions of very large and complex projects as a telecom scope owner working in conjunction with other telecom design professionals and supporting design staff while collectively producing challenging design packages. This is done in coordination with architects and other discipline engineers / design leads all under one design team.
You will interface directly with our client counterparts to design these facilities to meet their needs. Our teams leverage AutoCAD and Revit MEP design software to create fully coordinated 3D models across all disciplines (C,S,A,M,E,P,T,I,L).
Through a mixture of full 3D BIM delivery, construction specifications and 2D sheets, you will help lead the design of everything from Outside Plant (OSP) to inter / intra-building backbone distribution systems, communication room layouts, rack elevations, wired & wireless device plans and cable schedules.
All facets of the designs and calculations will be completed in accordance with the NEC, applicable TIA and other industry standards as well as Client and/or the client specifications as applicable.

TITLE: CRITICAL SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN III, SWITCHGEAR

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Critical Systems Technician III will serve as a technician for all CPG mission-critical electrical services/maintenances under contract. The position will be responsible for monitoring compliance with contractual commitments. This position will provide leadership and knowledge regarding the installation, service, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and operation of mission-critical data center electrical equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for working with the Estimating Group to provide complete proposal packages for client turnover. The individual filling this role will be responsible for estimating projects the size and scope of up to $25M, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of self-performance work.
Job Duties:
Β· Estimate projects the size and scope of up to $25MM, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of self-performance work.
Β· Attend pre-bid meetings.
Β· Read and understand all bid documents. These are to include all drawings, scope of work, contract documents and project specific specifications.
Β· Draft pre-estimate checklist & opportunity matrix based on information from the bid documents and pre-bid meeting. Ability to quickly establish ROM pricing for further evaluation of opportunities.
Β· Set up bid review meetings.
Β· Review Request for Information (RFIs) to address questions throughout the bid process.
Β· Perform quantity take-offs and review junior estimator takeoffs and, if necessary, enter into estimating software.
Β· Assign labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to the task quantities.
Β· Support Junior Estimator in work with subcontractors and vendors for pricing. Expectation of three estimates per trade or material.
Β· Understand project requirements and assign indirect costs.
Β· Capacity to break projects down to a granular level to establish the work breakdown structure that can be directly transferred to the project reporting/coding structure.
Β· Generate cashflow table and project risk analysis reports and associated contingency evaluation.
Β· Generate all submittals called for in the RFQ.

Skills/Qualifications:
Β· Minimum of 8 yearsβ experience in electrical construction estimating
Β· Must be 18 years of age or older.
Β· Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle & have a Driverβs license with a clean driving record.
OR
Β· Bachelorβs degree in construction management / engineering or other relevant discipline with 5 years' experience in Industrial Construction
Β· Scheduling experience with MSP or P6.
Β· Excellent communication skills β both verbal and written
Β· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite emphasis on Project Schedule and Xcel Tracking
Preferred Skills:
Β· Direct experience in Commercial and Industrial construction.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setup and management of Revit BIM models in coordination with other discipline BIM leads and team members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Chief Estimator
Dallas, TX
The Chief Estimator will be responsible for providing full electrical estimating and proposal preparation for all types of industrial facilities, including both new construction and maintenance, for projects up to $20M in value. Estimates will cover all types of contracts in the energy, mining, power, manufacturing, pulp/paper, agricultural, pharma, and other industries which Loenbro serves.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate attendance to bid meetings and walk throughs at various client locations to determine project scope, complexities, accessibilities, and required content of proposal.
- Review instructions and proposal specifications, drawings, technical data necessary to provide a complete proposal for the customer.
- Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, previous proposals, job reports, etc. into unit and man hour figures for cost and production-based estimates.
- Prepare full-scope estimates on small, medium, and large-scale projects, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide a project/estimate turnover and technical support for projects as needed to ensure effective project implementation.
- Review Field Change Orders for assigned projects and provide estimates if necessary.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained to support estimate figures.
- Work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other management staff, as needed, in the preparation and final evaluation of bids.
- Secure best possible material and subcontracting costs by evaluating multiple quotes and proposals.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required or assigned by Division Manager.
- Tracking of RFP submissions from receipt to submission to client feedback
- Tracking of win/loss rate (evaluated by both number of estimates and dollar value of estimates)
- Development of historical cost and production database, activity code book, and standardized cost codes
- Delegate/assist project managers with various estimates and RFP responses.
- Constantly evaluate the proposal and RFP response process to look for efficiencies and improvements that can be implemented.
- As needed with revenue growth, build a team to support the estimating process
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5+ years heavy industrial/process facility experience in cost estimating and cost control in the Electrical field.
- Strong knowledge of estimating techniques, engineering disciplines, and cost control techniques.
- Ability to estimate all types and sizes of projects.
- Ability to prepare complex proposals with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the industries in which Loenbro operates.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and good organizational skills.
- Experience with AccuBid estimating softwar preferred.
