Role Details:
Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience drafting (i) merger and acquisition agreements and related closing documents, (ii) organizational documents for corporations and limited liability companies, including subscription, shareholders' and limited liability company agreements, and (iii) general commercial contracts.
Experience in debt finance transactions will also be a positive factor. Our team is seeking candidates who can assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commitment letters, loan agreements, security documents and other ancillary documents.

POSITION TITLE: Project Engineer II- Licensed (Electrical)
POSITION SUMMARY:
CSArch, an A/E firm with offices in Albany and Newburgh, NY is currently seeking a full-time Project Engineer for the Albany office. The Project Engineer II has at least 5 years of experience as a Licensed Engineer (Electrical). The successful candidate should possess an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree of Engineering. The candidate must have at least 3 years of Revit experience. This position is primarily responsible for the technical engineering and production aspects of medium to large projects from conceptual design through construction closeout.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads in-house building systems design / engineering team through development of design and construction documentation process. Could also provide Project Engineer support as part of a larger project team on larger projects.
- Develops and coordinates with all engineering disciplines and architecture team to produce construction documents. Involved in field investigations, detailed engineering design work and development of design computations.
- Oversees code compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards and guidelines. Informs, directs and trains engineers-in-training and less experienced project engineers relative to these.
- Develops and coordinates engineering technical specifications.
- Adheres to and implements corporate contract documentation procedures and standards as they best apply.

The Program Associate, NS, functioning as the Community Engagement Liaison, will serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to victims, government agencies, hospitals, and community organizations in order to develop a more robust outreach, engagement, and evaluation function as it relates to the provision of OVS services to victims of crime in New York State. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a robust network of statewide connections for effective interaction with community leaders, allied professionals, and other community stakeholders in the victim services field.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the OVS Advisory Council, including coordinating the logistics of quarterly and ad hoc Council meetings.
- Lead the development of the OVS Mass Violence Response Council and oversee the implementation of regional training initiatives and events to enhance agency preparedness and collaboration with community stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with staff in other OVS units to develop comprehensive relationships with regional and statewide victim assistance coalitions and advocacy groups.
- Act as a bridge between OVS, other State-based nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), and other State and local government agencies to improve and increase access to resources for victims of crime.
- Research and identify gaps in target populations who can benefit from OVS services including but not limited to victims, community associations, community stakeholders, schools, and non-profits.
- Develop recommendations and policy proposals to enhance services to crime victims and increase awareness of OVS programs.
- Meet with stakeholders to identify the community needs of crime victims and develop strategies to address those needs, specifically, the targeting of services to underserved populations.
- Elicit experiences and perspectives of victims of crime, stakeholders, and victim service providers that are directly impacted by the effects of victimization.
- Represent OVS at events where target populations and stakeholders are present, including but not limited to meetings, panels, conferences, and public events.
- Administer and manage applicable state operation contracts and oversee all contract compliance, reporting, and deliverables.
- Perform the full range of supervisory responsibilities.

Position Overview
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of Sales and Services for their assigned location.
The Branch Manager is accountable for all facets of the operation to include team leadership, staffing, training and development, customer satisfaction and retention, service delivery, operational efficiency, and new business development.
Organizational Relationships:
The Branch Manager reports to the Vice President, Operations. Reporting to the Branch Manager are Field Supervisors and through them, Pest Control Technicians.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing branch P&L – monitoring financial performance and expenses, driving growth, ensuring revenue and profit plans are achieved.
