Summary:
The CHB Delivery Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing shipments to ensure service levels of clients are met on a daily basis. Own all CHB operations services for the customers assigned to them, including but not limited to:

- Completes billing timely according to KPI
- Coordination of delivery for shipments from airline, ocean piers and CFS (container freight station) to customer/consignee destination.
- Reviews entry documentation to ensure it meets government regulations.
- Maintain customer SOPs and make updates as needed
