In this vital role, the Family Engagement Program Support Specialist works as part of the Riverside Early Head Start (REHS) team to strengthen connections between families and the program.
The Family Engagement Program Support Specialist focuses primarily on supporting and facilitating socialization groups, parent education sessions, and adult education opportunities. Riversideβs Family After-School Program offers a structured, therapeutic environment for children ages 6-12 in the Cambridge and Somerville areas who have faced challenges including neglect, homelessness, and trauma. In this vital role, you will:

- Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities that promote learning, structure, and safety

Recreational Relief Provider
Unique opportunity for a caring and patient person to work directly with children and adults with developmental/cognitive disabilities in our social clubs/groups at our Family Support Center in Woburn!
Our Family Support Center offers a wide array of supports in the home and in the community for adults and children with developmental/cognitive disabilities living with their families. These services may include respite, engaging recreational activities, provision of adaptive equipment, skill training, and intensive staff support when necessary. The clubs and groups offered at the Family Support Center are offered to provide an active, fun, and safe environment for all! Some of these activities include: cooking, art, movie/music, exercise, and other small group activities.
As a Relief Respite Provider, you would assist the lead instructor in running groups including preparation and breakdown before and after each group, help maintain the safety and well being of each individual, and provide guidance and support when necessary. An ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is caring, patient, and empathetic.
Pay Range: $20.33 to $21.40/hourly depending on family

The Role:
Reporting to the SVP, Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance, the Senior Director, is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a risk management system for risk detection, risk assessment and risk minimization for investigational and marketed products. Will oversee risk management plan activities including signal tracking maintenance, ad hoc Health Authority requests and the planning and preparation for aggregate safety reports including DSURs, PADERs and PBRERs for Nuvalent's products.
Responsibilities:
Safety Signal Detection, Evaluation, and Management
- Close collaboration with DSPV Safety Physicians to analyze potential safety issues, including signal detection, signal evaluation and signal management. Collaborates proactively with study teams, cross-functional team members, external business partners and vendors to apply knowledge and analytical skills to problems in specific therapeutic areas
- Contribute to signaling and data mining activities utilizing internal and external sources of data
- Assist in the evaluation of potential safety issues and quality risk assessment reports.
Risk Management and Safety Planning
- Responsible for coordinating and developing Risk Management Plans for Nuvalent's products among multiple stakeholders
- Responsible for patient safety evaluation and development of Safety Management Plans.
Safety Governance, Meetings, and Reporting
- Contribute to activities related to Nuvalent's safety (governance) meetings, including but not limited to, preparing reports, minutes and meeting documents; ensuring completion of action items; and participating in the discussion of patient safety issues
- Manage and support the authoring for aggregate safety reports (e.g., DSUR, PBRER, PADER) in close collaboration with clinical, medical writing and operational functions
Process, SOPs, and DSPV Ways of Working
- Contributes to the development of SOPs, work practices and guidelines, forms and templates, and other communications related to risk management and product safety.
- Responsible for ensuring the global team can anticipate, develop and support improved/consistent scientific ways of working to implement effective PV processes
Analytics and Tools
- Establish expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire)
- Contribute as a member of the DSPV team to scenario planning, strategy analysis, portfolio prioritization, budget management and forecasting
Leadership and Training
- Provide management/mentoring of existing Safety Scientists and training for new staff on PV practices and therapeutic area knowledge
Competencies:
- Design global risk management frameworks for Nuvalent's medicines
- Translate safety data into clinical insights
- Adapt visualization tools for safety surveillance
- Influence multidisciplinary teams to prioritize patient safety.

Qualifications:
- Degree in a medical or healthcare related discipline like MD, PharmD, RN or PhD.
- 9+ years' experience in Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance in a pharmaceutical, biotech company or regulatory agency in similar positions
- Excellent knowledge of US and EU drug safety regulations, CIOMS and ICH guidelines
- Experience with medical drug safety assessments, drug safety surveillance and monitoring activities
- Experience with safety data collection and interpretation from clinical trials, literature and post market
- Experience with preparation of responses to Regulatory Authorities and experience with IND/NDA submissions and negotiations with Regulatory Authorities as part of marketing approval
- Experience with the development and updates to Reference Safety Information, IB, Company Core Data Sheet and local labels

The RN/LPN nurse is an integral part of the outpatient interdisciplinary treatment team. The nurse is responsible for providing direct care and care coordination for persons served primarily receiving medicated assisted treatment (MAT) but also supporting the needs of the general client population. This includes all duties related to patient care, such as medical screenings and assessments, follows up on lab work and referrals or admissions, and consults to other team members.
Major responsibilities include assisting with filling prescriber orders, administering medications (buprenorphine and Vivitrol), and monitoring vital signs. The Young Adult Peer Mentor will:
Help individual's gain access to resources and community supports.
Collaborate closely with the clinical team and using lived experience as a positive model for individuals' served growth and recovery.
Provide transportation (pick-up and drop-off) from school to the program, from the program to their homes, and field trips

Join our Early Childhood Services in Cambridge /Somerville as Developmental Specialist in our Early Intervention program!
Our interdisciplinary team supports families with children (0-3 years) who have or are at risk for developmental delays or disorders with a dyadic relationship-based approach. We practice cultural humility as we develop relationships with families, and grow in our understanding of their values, beliefs, priorities, routines, sources of stress, goals and intervention needs. Our over-arching goal is to strengthen the mutual enjoyment of daily activities and interactions between children and their caregivers, while attending to specific delays and challenges. We employ parent support, coaching and education, and, as needed, direct work with children.
We are committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and the process of continual learning. You will be supported by a collaborative, supportive team, participate in weekly team meetings and monthly discipline specific meetings and staff meetings, and weekly reflective supervision.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary Range:
Bachelor's Degree: $51,860.50/year - $63,096.23/year depending on years of experience
Master's Degree: $55,681.80/year - $67,745.42/year depending on years of experience
Salary Range with Bilingual Skills:
Bachelor's Degree Range: $53,860.50/year - $65,096.23/year depending on years of experience
Master's Degree Range: $57,681.80/year - $69,745.42/year depending on years of experience

The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Payer & Reimbursement, theAssociate Director, Pricing & Contracting Operations plays a critical role in shaping and executing the company's pricing and contracting strategies to optimize access to Nuvalent's product portfolio, as well as playing a key part in driving pricing and contracting strategy and management.
We are a growing pharmaceutical company with a commitment to delivering innovative, oral targeted therapies for oncology patients. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead pricing and contracting operations. This individual will support launch planning and execution by preparing strategic pricing frameworks and payer contracting strategies. They will serve as a cross-functional catalyst to optimize market access and net revenue across payer segments, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance in pricing and contract execution.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Pricing Operations
- Assist in the development and lead implementation and optimization of pricing strategies for in-line and pipeline oncology products
- Serve as the operational manager of the Pricing Committee, including:
- Managing agenda, preparation and facilitating meetings
- Aligning stakeholders and driving strategic input
- Documenting decisions and actions
Contracting Execution & Management
- Design and manage contracting strategies across key segments: Commercial, Medicare, GPOs, Medicaid, 340B, VA, Payers/PBMs, and IDNs
- Manage day-to-day contract execution and issue resolution
- Submit new contracts and updates to contract terms
- Maintain GPO rosters, updating the 3PL as needed, and prepare quarterly business review (QBR) insights in collaborations with account director teams
- Oversee 340B contract pharmacy vendor partnerships
- Facilitate and resolve escalations from Patient Assistance Program (PAP)
Data & Insights Collaboration
- Monitor competitive pricing intelligence and shifts in market dynamics
- Partner with the Commercial Insights & Analytics team to ensure accurate data ingestion, analytics and delivery
- Support Finance-led reporting with analytical and operational coordination
Access Optimization
- Collaborate across internal teams to assess and remove barriers to access:
- Partner with Finance, Payer National Accounts, Health Systems Strategic Engagement, Patient Services and Field Reimbursement Managers
- Engage with Sales to proactively identify payer policy issues, product formulary status challenges, and denial trends
- Support rebate dispute resolution and update internal teams on progress
VA/FSS Contract Administration
- Collaborate with Finance and Vendor to facilitate and execute all Requests for Modification (RFM)
- Support the 5-year Contract Solicitation and Interim Agreement
- Collaborate with Finance and Vendor to complete Public Law 102-585 submission and documentation
- Monitor the Tracking Customer and initiate a change if required
- Complete the initial registration and annual renewals of

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in pricing and contract operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Management and payer contracting; oral oncology experience preferred
- Deep understanding of U.S. reimbursement landscape, regulatory frameworks and government policy developments and their implications
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Successful track record working in a fast-paced companies experiencing rapid-growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain alignment by working collaboratively and inclusively across functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communications; Proven ability to grow and collaborate others
