The Production Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional engineering, test, enterprise, quality and operations teams on production hardware integration processes and systems. This is a critical role leading the technician team on the production floor.
This position requires a high degree of skill in many areas, including technical leadership, technician development, mechanical assembly, avionics integration, troubleshooting, electrical checkouts and environmental testing. In short, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality, workmanship and safety standards are adhered to on a daily basis across the technician team. You will also help lead long term production planning, team organization, team building and hiring for essential roles across your team.

Basic Qualifications
* 2+ years of team leadership experience
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience hiring and leading a high-performance team
* Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
* Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment
* Experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead, or experience leading and influencing your team or organization
* Experience helping develop enterprise manufacturing systems and/or assembly lines.
* Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements.

As a key member of our store leadership team, the Produce Team Leader has a breadth of responsibilities spanning from product management and merchandising, to sales and team member development. Stationary Engineer / Boiler Operator

Position Summary:The Stationary Engineer plays a critical role in operating, maintaining, and repairing boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, electrical distribution centers, emergency power systems, and other essential mechanical systems that keep the facility running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain utility systems providing heat, steam, hot water, humidification, electricity, and more.
- Monitor system performance using gauges, meters, and Direct Digital Building Control (DDBC) systems, making adjustments to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Perform testing and treatment of boiler and feed water systems.
- Keep detailed logs and records of system operations and maintenance activities.
- Respond quickly to alarms and service calls, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution.
- Maintain equipment in top operating condition through preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise and coordinate tasks with other support personnel as needed.
- For Navy Hospital assignments: Provide after-hours and weekend support for the hospital's 'trouble desk' and manage additional systems like medical air, medical gases, chillers, and emergency power systems.
- Minimum 4 years of experience operating and maintaining power boilers, or completion of a recognized technical or apprenticeship program with at least 3 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in automatic boiler controls and Direct Digital Building Control systems (minimum 1 year experience required).
- Skilled in water testing and treatment for boiler operations.
- Experience with large-scale facility systems preferred (especially in healthcare or government settings).
- Fourth Class Power Engineer Certification Program of the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers, Inc (NIULPE), Third Class Power Plant Operating Engineer Certification Program of the American Society of Power Engineer, Inc. (ASOPE), or a Grade II Steam Engineer certification from City of Seattle/Tacoma/Spokane, or higher.
- Must meet company and government physical and security requirements, including respirator qualification and clearance eligibility.
- Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to pass government-mandated background checks and drug screenings.
- For Naval Hospital assignments: Proof of Rubella immunity and TB test within the past 12 months required prior to employment.
- Lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
