Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assumes clinical and administrative supervision of nursing and patient care services for multiple units/departments or hospital/entity. We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced Porter/Groundskeeper of a 164-unit residential apartment community located in Temple Hills, MD (Harbour Manor).
Requirements: Create a safe and inviting environment for residents, visitors and employees.
Maximize curb appeal by maintaining flower beds, shrubbery, sidewalks, parking lots, fencing, trash enclosures, etc.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety and appearance of all public areas of the buildings, such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, elevators, etc.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety and appearance of all resident common areas such as the community room, kitchen, fitness center, locker room, pool house, business center, laundry rooms, trash disposal rooms, etc.
Assist in custodial work—such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, stripping/waxing/buffing of floors, washing windows—as needed.
Remove bulk trash items from property as directed.
Assist in maintaining all property equipment..
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance Good written and verbal communication skills are required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced Drywall / Painter at our 164-unit residential apartment community located in Temple Hills, MD (Harbour Manor).
This role is primarily responsible for in-house drywall repair, painting, and surface preparation, while also assisting with general maintenance duties as needed.
Responsibilities: • Perform drywall repairs including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing walls and ceilings • Complete interior and exterior painting for apartment turns, common areas, and amenity spaces • Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, scraping, caulking, priming, and light plaster repair • Match paint colors and textures to maintain consistent property standards • Assist with apartment turn processes to ensure units are move-in ready • Maintain clean and organized work areas and storage spaces • Support preventative maintenance and general maintenance tasks as needed • Assist with light carpentry and minor repairs when required • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards Requirements: • Proven experience in drywall repair and residential painting • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Knowledge of basic maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry preferred) • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Ability to climb ladders and work in varying positions • Good written and verbal communication skills • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset At Donaldson, we know our most important asset is our team members.
