- 12hr Shift: 36h Nights, Every Other Weekend (EOW), Every Other Holiday (EOH) Must have EPIC experience Responsibilities: Participation on Code Blue team Able to make ventilator decisions based on patient assessment and laboratory results Requirements: 5 years of recent experience in a Level 1 trauma facility Recent critical care experience in both Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) and Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) Familiar with lung protective ventilation Required Certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, Massachusetts Respiratory Care license, Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Skills: Experience with Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Experience with Drager XL and v500 Vents Preferred Skills: Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) and/or Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS) preferred
