A full-time Training Lead position is available in the MGH Center for School Behavioral Health (CSBH) located within the MGH Psychiatry Department. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Training Lead will be responsible for management and oversight for all training and technical assistance projects and activity being conducted by Randi Schuster, PhD, Founding Director of the Center for School Behavioral Health, focused on community-based approaches to address adolescent substance use and its relationship with psychosocial, cognitive, and academic functioning.
The Training Lead will be principally in charge of managing the training and technical assistance of a drug education curriculum developed under the direction of Dr. Schuster in collaboration with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, as well as potentially other programs as they arise. They will be responsible for coordination and training of school-based intervention facilitators; arrangement of logistics for training days and events; innovation related to training activities; communication and coordination with project and program team members; creation, management and QA of databases and reports for all training related activities. They will report directly to the Project Manager.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall implementation and daily management of school- and community-based training in iDECIDE, a drug education and diversion program
- Maintain and update learning management system database; perform audits, including quality control and assurance of all LMS data
- Responsible for primary day-to-day training duties for the iDECIDE program, serving as a central resource for all training related issues, including providing website maintenance, liaising with development for curriculum updates, managing the Learning Management System, and utilizing feedback from trainings to help inform on necessary changes to the materials and the training itself
- Bolsters the infrastructure to support the development and implementation of various technical assistance activities, including (but not limited to) office hours, coaching, learning collaboratives, and implementation site visits
- Maintains monthly budget reports, tracks expenditures, and forecasting for all training related costs
- Schedules regular statewide trainings in the Boston area, Central, and Western Massachusetts.
- Supports national expansion and training efforts led by the Project Manager
- Supports supervision and delegation of work relating to training and technical assistance to Training Coordinators, directed by Project Manager

Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- Working knowledge of the secondary educational system and structure, particularly in Massachusetts, is desired but not strictly necessary

Pay Range

Key Responsibilities

About the Role
As the Assistant Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the following scope of work.
- Support all logistics for school-year and summer programming, including management of vendors, transportation, and food services.
- Assist with compliance and execution of human resources functions such as benefits administration, issuing staff contracts, and staff onboarding.
- Manage logistics for staff learning opportunities and community building to ensure a highly effective and collaborative team culture.

The Details
This is a full-time role with expectations and benefits commensurate with all full-time roles at ATA.
- Location: Our team works together in our Jamaica Plain office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with optional remote days on Wednesdays and Fridays. During the 6-week Summer Leadership Program we are in-person every day.

The Student Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible to ensure that employees of our existing healthcare and healthcare adjacent partners are aware of our programs, provides insight and motivation for those employees to enroll in our programs, and works with our account management teams to ensure we are cohesively providing the highest level of service and support to those employees. The Student Engagement Specialist produces workforce solutions leads (employees and other related students) for Covista programs which are primarily produced by having meaningful conversations and recording information from prospective students (the employees of our partners). The Student Engagement Specialist accurately and faithfully communicating Covista capabilities, mission, and focus to prospective students, ensures that we honor our relationships with our partners and that we deliver world-class service to their employees. While primary focused on growing qualifying student leads, the Student Engagement Specialist will also work to ensure new and expanded sources of leads from our partner institutions which may be serviced and nurtured by the team.
This role is location specific and requires the candidate to be based in Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Engages directly with employees of healthcare and healthcare adjacent partners to ensure those employees have the information, context and motivation to seek enrollment at Covista institutions; works to identify alumni at our partner institutions that can serve as reference and connects them to prospective students.
- Works with Account Management team to strategically select, source and schedule onsite events at partner institutions; expected to be "in the field" 3-4 days per week.

- 3+ years customer service, student enrollment, or prior experience serving healthcare institutions required
- Knowledge working in and using Salesforce or similar CRM, PowerBI and/or other reporting tools
- Knowledge of the nursing profession, healthcare career paths, and strong understanding of the degrees and credentials used in nursing (may be learned on the job)
- Understanding of academic cycles and B2BC nature of enrollment revenue
- Ability to discern interest level, engage in direct and indirect communication, and connect to prospective students
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. General Summary of Position:
The Corporate Trainer at Granite Telecommunications is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that support employee growth, operational excellence, and company objectives. This role partners with departments across the organization to identify training needs, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and evaluate training effectiveness. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic communicator with a passion for adult learning, strong presentation skills, and the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and business units.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assist the development of training programs for new hire onboarding, leadership development, customer service, systems, and job-specific skills.
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and align content with business goals.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions using interactive instructional techniques and adult learning principles.
- Instill knowledge and process techniques for specific business units, facilitating engaging classes, organizing training material and identifying areas of improvement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain training records and monitor employee participation and completion in LMS or other tracking systems.
- Support compliance training by ensuring timely completion of mandatory courses and certifications.
- Assist in the onboarding process by leading orientation programs and coordinating with HR and department leaders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in training and development.
- Provide coaching and support to employees and supervisors to reinforce training outcomes and on-the-job application.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with attention to clarity and engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of all Granite products and services
- Ability to adapt training styles and content to meet the needs of different learners and teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone).
- 2+ years of experience delivering corporate training or adult education programs.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia).
- Knowledge of training in a telecommunications or technology environment.
- Experience delivering training to hybrid or remote workforces.
- Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTM, ATD, or SHRM Learning & Development Specialty Credential).
- Ability to measure ROI and effectiveness of training programs using data and feedback.
