Key Responsibilities
- Manage arbitration and mediation cases from opening through final resolution and close
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, arbitrators, mediators, judges, and other parties

- Maintain accurate case files, calendars, deadlines, and case activity updates
