Position Description


The Specialty Sales Representative is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecast and gaining access of promoted products and, subsequently, sales of products within assigned territory. This is accomplished by establishing mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships with influential residents, fellows, attending physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers key to the sales success of promoted products. The Specialty Sales Representative is also responsible for coordinating sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory. These sales strategies will be implemented through both in-person and remote selling and may vary based on local market need, opportunity, and territory size. The position reports into the Regional Sales Manager.


Responsibilities


▪ Achieve daily sales call activity/client deliverables by gaining access to prescribing decision makers and influencing purchasing decisions

▪ Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles

▪ Keep current with knowledge and understanding of all assigned products, disease states, treatment and market knowledge and competitive products

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to work at their company in Columbia, SC.


Position Summary: The Project Manager will report to a Portfolio Manager with a team of 8 - 10 Project Managers. Most project teams will range between 8 and 20 team members. My team supports various portfolios, including Data Exchange, Telephony, Mobile/Full Site, and AEM.


Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Lead several projects (one to five) in a strong matrix environment executing Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
  • Developing and monitoring project plans, communication plans, risk management plans, and project artifacts from project initiation to post implementation/closure.
  • Ensures project deliverables are complete on time, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with client's standards:
  • Responsible daily for the development, execution, and maintenance of project plans and project communications:
  • Facilitating effective communications between all parties involved in the project, including meetings, correspondence/recaps, status reports and other project artifacts per client's standards.
  • Monitors resource requirements and assign deliverables based on project specifications. Ensures resources are assigned to meet project objectives while managing project hours budgeted.
  • Identifies and manages tasks and issues that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort to ensure delivery as planned.
  • Provides both written and verbal project status updates upon request.
  • The candidate should be versed in IT SDLC


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate's degree in any major.
  • 3 years IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams. Completion of the client's Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of work experience.
  • A credit check is required
  • Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams, etc.)
