Role overview

We are hiring a Reconstruction Estimator to produce accurate, timely estimates that support approvals, budgets, and successful project execution. You will partner with project teams, insurance stakeholders, and property owners to align scope, pricing, and expectations.

What you will do

• Inspect residential and commercial losses and document scope, conditions, and required repairs
• Create detailed estimates in Xactimate (required). Symbility is a plus
• Review drawings, specs, and code requirements to ensure compliant scope and pricing
• Collaborate with Project and Construction Managers to confirm scope and execution plan
• Present and negotiate scopes with insurance carriers, TPAs, and property owners
• Track budgets, supplements, and change orders through project completion
• Maintain thorough documentation including photos, notes, and cost breakdowns
• Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders throughout the reconstruction process

What we are looking for

• Estimating experience in reconstruction, restoration, or general contracting
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Proficiency in Xactimate is required
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Residential and commercial experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
• IICRC certifications preferred

The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing cross-functional IT projects to support our client's business goals. We are seeking a Mechanical Drone Assembler to join our team, working with small drones (3 feet or smaller) designed for military and defense applications. In the Appraisal Analyst role, you will review the Desktop Exterior and Desktop Interior assessments to evaluate and sign off on a property's valuation for a large bank in the US. When taking a decision about a property's valuation, you will ensure compliance with Federal/State laws to ensure that loans that are secured with real estate are protected with adequate collateral value.

In the role of Process Specialist, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, review and validate the inputs from the other team members, support your manager in training activities, daily operations reviews, and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys.

The Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our engineering organization. This role reports to the Director of Engineering, works alongside our CTO on R&D and architecture initiatives, and partners closely with Product and Sales & Marketing.
