Applicants must possess degrees in a Geology, Earth Science, or related field.

Project Manager – Utility-Scale Energy Storage & Substation Projects
An established energy infrastructure company focused on the development, construction, and operation of utility-scale energy storage assets in wholesale electricity markets is seeking an experienced Project Manager.

Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and substation projects. This role functions as the overall project leader with full accountability for safety, schedule, budget, contract compliance, and construction quality.
This is an office-based role located in one of several major U.S. offices, with a hybrid in-office requirement (minimum three days per week). Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates. While not site-based, the role requires travel to project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage overall project design in coordination with internal and external engineering resources

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.

Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Litigation Associate Attorney - Austin Office
The Cokinos Austin office is seeking to add associates to our growing litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of litigation experience, with a preference for attorneys who have participated in depositions and/or trial proceedings. Experience in one or more of the following practice areas is strongly preferred:
- Construction litigation
- Commercial litigation
- Personal injury defense
- Products liability

We seek an Intermediate Litigation Attorney with 1-3 years of intermediate litigation experience to join our growing firm in Corpus Christi, TX. A qualified associate must possess the ability to provide legal representation to advocate for our clients while delivering outstanding client service skills.
Qualifications: The candidate must be licensed to practice in Texas, have graduated from an accredited law school, and be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.
The ideal candidate must communicate effectively and possess excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. The candidate must be self-motivated with strong negotiating skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Although the candidate will receive support and assistance, they must have the knowledge and experience to manage and move pending cases forward independently. The candidate will also be expected to litigate claims and take them to trial when necessary. They preferably have one to three years of personal injury litigation experience with strong litigation skills, including discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation background.
Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing their docket of personal injury cases
- Filing lawsuits
- Conducting depositions
- Draft and answer discovery
- Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, motion hearings, and trials.
- Evaluating claims by working with claims representatives
- Working in a team environment with paralegals and legal secretaries to propound written discovery requests and responses, order and summarize records, coordinate depositions, obtain experts and prepare for depositions and trials.
