- Collaborates with Department Managers to improve productivity through process changes, equipment replacement, or additional equipment.
- Champion Safety objectives; strive for zero incidents and supports a people-centered safety culture within the maintenance and engineering teams.
- Provide leadership and coaching to continuously improve the effectiveness of the technical function.
- Strict adherence to Company and OSHA safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPโs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Compliance, and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory standards.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Support reduction in environmental impacts across all sites, including energy savings and utility monitoring.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Role Description

Phase I ESA Duties
- Conduct site inspections and property reconnaissance.

- Perform field screening and document field notes, chain-of-custody, and sample logs.

- Contribute to Phase II ESA reporting, including data interpretation and summary tables.
Preferred Skills:

- Provide subject matter expert technical review for consultant projects, including reports, contract plans and specifications for conventional geotechnical as well as dam and flood control projects.

TruePani Inc., an environmental consulting and communications firm, is seeking an environmental sampling associate to join a passionate team tackling water quality projects focused on reducing lead in drinking water.
The position is a full-time, 10-week work experience during Summer 2026. College students are eligible for this position. Each day involves traveling to collect water samples at client sites (mostly schools and child care facilities). The role is based in Brownsville, Texas, and will include three weeks of work in Mission, TX during the last three weeks of the position. For candidates located outside of the area, relocation and a housing stipend will be provided. The position includes frequent travel and fieldwork.
We are accepting applications and conducting three rounds of interviews on a rolling basis throughout March and April. All offers will be provided by late-April 2026.
Key Details
- Compensation: $20 - $23 / hour, typically 40 hours per week
- Work days typically begin around 6:30 or 7 AM and conclude around 3 or 4 PM.ย A lunch break in the middle of the day is provided and there may be down time between traveling to sites.

Job Conditions
Office and active field working environment including collection of samples for testing, general information gathering, and project management at various locations. It is necessary to be able to walk/climb in active industrial yards with uneven surfaces and to out-of-the-way areas. Must be comfortable with heights. Occasional exposure to inclement weather conditions and travel is required. Increased time spent involved in environmental issues at sites owned/operated by joint ventures and/or sister companies. Preference for person trained or certified in hazardous materials management, hazardous waste handling, site clean-up operations, and/or emergency response. The Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex construction projects with significant environmental, remediation, and heavy civil/sitework components.
