- Present and effectively sell Medix staffing solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive growth and market presence.
- Negotiate and manage client contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and deliver results.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly performance quotas for outreach, calls, and client meetings.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
