Duration: 1 year The SM&C Data Office is critical to managing Banking's businesses and to meet numerous regulatory and management reporting requirements.
The SM&C Data Office partners with Banking's SMB (Data Operations), Services, Markets, Clients, Banking businesses and operations, as well as Global Functions including Finance, Risk, and Compliance in an enterprise-wide data quality management discipline continuously striving to improve, monitor, measure, and control data quality.
This team's remit also includes delivering project management, business analysis, and strategic planning services leading to improved controls and efficiencies in infrastructure and operational processes.
The SM&C Data Office is responsible for planning, implementation, communications, training, compliance monitoring, and establishment of Banking's Controlled Data Management Environment supporting our Enterprise Information Assets.

Responsibilities: • This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which include data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and data remediation management for one or many group lines of business • Day-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes • Role at this level usually has full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables • May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees • Prepare status reports for working group, steering committee, and executives • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Banking, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Scouting America is seeking a Principal Gift Officer (PGO) to help strengthen our East Coast principal-gift pipeline as we prepare to launch a major national campaign.
Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, the PGO plays a critical role in securing transformational philanthropic support from ultra-high-net-worth individuals in support of Scouting America’s mission and national priorities. The PGO leads the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of principal-level gifts, typically $5 million and above with a focus on closing significant, multi-year commitments.
The PGO develops and executes highly individualized engagement and solicitation strategies in close partnership with senior leadership, board members, and key volunteers. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to secure gifts of $10 million and above from UHNWIs.
- Manage a portfolio of 20-30 high-capacity donors and prospects, ensuring sustained engagement and cultivation of long-term relationships.

Since most security clearance problems arise from criminal records or unresolved bad credit issues, full criminal and credit checks will be run on all applicants prior to employment.
This posting is for an Assistant Attorney General in the Texas Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, which will be cross-designated as a SAUSA, and serve as a Trial Attorney/Prosecutor for the National Rapid Response Strike Force in the Health Care Fraud Unit of the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section. The National Rapid Response Strike Force was created in 2020 with a mission to investigate and prosecute fraud cases involving major health care providers that operate in multiple jurisdictions, including major regional health care providers operating in the Strike Force cities, with a focus on investigations and prosecutions of individuals and corporate health care fraud. The National Rapid Response Strike Force coordinates with the Civil Division's Fraud Section and Consumer Protection Branch, U.S. Attorney's Offices across the country, state Medicaid Fraud Control Units, the FBI, HHS-OIG, and other agency partners in order to identify, investigate, and prosecute significant multi-jurisdictional and corporate health care fraud cases.
This position will independently direct, conduct, and monitor investigations, prepare for and conduct trials, and advise on pleadings and other court filings. This position will be located in Houston, with a prosecution region encompassing the State of Texas.
Generally, as a Trial Attorney in the HCF Unit's National Rapid Response Strike Force, the position:
- Handles the development and management of HCF prosecutions. - Analyzes complex factual and legal issues and develops evidence through witness interviews, subpoenas, search warrants, proffers, and other legal process

- Uses personal vehicle, or agency pool vehicles when available, for business-related travel with reimbursement

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Assistant Attorney General (AAG) IV:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited law school with a J.D.
- Licensed as an attorney by the State of Texas
- Member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- Experience: Three years of full-time litigation experience
- Knowledge of laws and legal principles and practices relevant to the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit such as the U.S. Code, Federal Code of Criminal Procedure, Code of Federal Regulations.
- Skill in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
- Skill in effective oral and written communication [Writing sample required at time of interview, if selected]
- Skill in exercising sound judgment and effective decision making
- Skill in legal research, writing, and analysis; in conducting investigations; in proffers and plea negotiations; in using reasoning and logic; in identifying factual and legal issues and solving complex problems; in applying applicable laws; in prioritizing workloads; in using judgment to identify courses of action; and in the use of a computer and applicable software
- Ability to prepare legal documents, to conduct research, to interpret and apply laws, to summarize findings, to prepare cases and present at trial, to conduct hearings, to communicate effectively, and to train others

- Experience as a criminal prosecutor

- Knowledge of white collar crime litigation
- Experience in supporting, litigating, and supervising federal or state criminal cases
- Experience in U.S. District Court

The primary purpose of the CT Technologist position is to perform all the imaging and clinical duties of a CT Technologist, in addition, he/she performs special imaging techniques and assists the Radiologist with interventional procedures that require CT guidance.

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists« (ARRT) certification
• Texas Department of State Health certification
