Job Details The buyer drives strategic purchasing and inventory management to support high‑volume metal distribution and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements: Support procurement and purchasing activities to ensure materials and services meet operational needs Coordinate purchase documentation and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding pricing, availability, and delivery status Monitor open orders, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with issue resolution Support reporting and tracking of purchasing and supplier performance data Assist with supplier evaluations, bid reviews, and cost‑management efforts Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes Stay informed on market conditions and industry trends relevant to purchasing activities Qualifications Excellent negotiation and communication skills Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software Strong problem-solving skills Interested in hearing more?
