Representing clients in all stages of business disputes, from initial case evaluation and strategy development, through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
2.
Handling complex litigation matters involving real estate disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property, and securities litigation.
3.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
4.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies and advise clients.
5.
Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, where appropriate, to avoid litigation or to resolve disputes favorably and efficiently.
6.
Working collaboratively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide excellent service to clients.
7.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting business litigation.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have: 1.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, with a strong focus on real estate disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property, and securities litigation.
4.
Excellent litigation skills, including experience in trial advocacy, deposition, discovery, and motion practice.
5.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
6.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes favorably and efficiently.
7.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
8.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9.
Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with attention to detail and deadlines.
