Job Responsibilities:
Perform both minor and major surgical procedures.
Prevent, diagnose, and treat a full range of OB/GYN conditions.
Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to medical staff—including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants—ensuring adherence to proper procedures and protocols.
Support enhancements of technology to drive higher quality and consumer experience while maintaining clinical quality.
Conduct patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Participate actively in internal quality-improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to drive proactive improvements.
Maternal–Fetal Medicine role is primarily outpatient, with some inpatient consultations.
Work Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, supported by a highly skilled clinical team.
Manage high-volume ultrasound services, including interpreting fetal echocardiograms, first-trimester screenings, fetal anatomic surveys, and performing amniocentesis (CVS experience valued but not required).
Antenatal assessment interpretation including NST, biophysical profile
Qualifications:
Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology
Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
Previous experience in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine role is preferred.
Active Medical License in the State of Maryland/Virginia/DC is strongly preferred.

Position Summary
The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent, non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University (GW), is seeking a full-time cardiologist in the Department of Medicine’s Division of Cardiology. Responsibilities include providing excellent patient care to heart failure cardiology patients in the outpatient department

Basic Qualifications: Applicants must be board-eligible/board certified in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation and licensed in the District of Columbia by the time of appointment. Applicants should have demonstrated skills in the area of Advanced Heart Failure and Mechanical Circulatory Assist Devices, including complex heart failure management; pre and post VAD management, including other temporary mechanical circulatory support devices; and cardiac intensive care management. Right heart catheterization and endomyocardial biopsy skills are preferable.

Interim Director, Med/Surg

The Position
- The Interim Director of Med/Surg will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations within the department.
- The Interim Director will be accountable for the implementation of process improvement as it pertains to departmental initiatives including staffing, clinical operations, documentation adherence, and quality.
- This leader will be responsible for providing and maintaining a positive work environment while improving collaboration, communication, and employee engagement strategies.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- BSN is required; master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Active D.C. RN license is required
- A minimum of seven years of clinical nursing experience including a minimum of three years of leadership experience is required.
Compensation Details
- Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
