Reporting to a Category Director, and being onsite (4 days in office) in our East Hanover New Jersey Creative Center, you will initiate market research projects and build consumer understanding. As a Consumer Insights Manager in our Personal Care Products division, you will partner with our our teams to support fragrance development and deliver upon sales goals. You will be a category expert sharing your knowledge with our internal and external clients.
- Lead Research - Lead market research for regional or cross regional projects by applying the appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to meet the project end goals. Support sales and development teams as the market research expert in direct contact with clients; discuss and review strategies, methodologies, and results.
- Business Partner - Work with internal colleagues on Personal Care projects. Throughout the fragrance development cycle, provide in-depth interpretation of results to guide fragrance development. Additionally, help build rationale to support our submissions. Work with category teams to identify gaps in knowledge and to develop and test hypotheses relating to insights into consumer behavior.
- Project Management - Full management of Personal Care Customer Insights projects. This includes study design, cost management, and negotiations with agencies. Additionally, it involves quality checks, hands-on data analysis, including statistical testing, insight development, and results presentations. Participation in the digital agenda.

- University Degree (Marketing, Data Analysis, Statistic, Science) Advanced Degree Helpful
- 5+ years of experience in consumer market research
- Understanding of statistics - in-depth understanding of inferential and multivariate statistics and experimental design
- Demonstrate competent knowledge and use of qualitative and quantitative methodologies (protocols, designs, questionnaires)

This role is ideal for a sales professional with hands-on chip making knowledge who understands machining processes at a technical level and can confidently consult with manufacturing engineers, machinists, production managers, and procurement teams.
Position Overview:
The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for growing revenue within an assigned territory by promoting high-performance cutting tools, carbide inserts, indexable tooling, solid carbide end mills, drills, reamers, and metal removal solutions. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising the service department employees and processes at assigned branch locations, this includes responsibility for executing standard processes to provide a seamless customer experience through the service coordination function. This role will hold responsibility for exercising independent judgment in the direct supervision of Service Technicians and Customer Service Representatives. Is responsible for influencing customer satisfaction with service by continuously improving branch efforts of service lead-time, first time completion rate, average days to complete service, and service CES metrics. The targeted pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. The total compensation package for this position also includes applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual bonus. Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator for Specialty Services at our New Jersey (Rockaway) provides essential administrative and dispatching support to ensure the efficient service and repair of hydraulic and induction heating/bolting equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining OEM production schedules, managing work-in-progress within the Machine Shop, and supporting customer data management and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and track the service and repair workflow for hydraulic and induction heating/bolting equipment, ensuring timely completion and adherence to OEM production schedules.
• Generate and process work orders, allocate in-house staffing resources for field service work.
• Maintain and update work-in-progress (WIP) status for all jobs ensuring effective scheduling and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain all documentation related to field service work, including customer files, service records, and warranty claims.
• Support asset inventory management by tracking parts, tools, and supplies, initiating reorders, and ensuring accurate records of stock levels.

The base hourly range for this role is between $20.00 and $22.00. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications. This position does require travel to stores in New York City 2 - 3 days per week. Some weekend coverage required. Candidates should be self-starters, service oriented, and enthusiastic.
Job Description:
· Full Time, 40 hours weekly

Responsibilities:
· Generate sales and volume in our Intimate Apparel Brands (Le Mystere, On Gossamer, DKNY)
· Engage with customers by offering bra fittings, introducing, and selling our brands.
· Service local department stores (ex: Dillard's, Belk, Macy's) in specified territory and drive sales/volume within our select intimate brands.
· Provide essential product knowledge to the retail associates and customers on the floor, ensuring brand awareness for our select intimate brands.
· Participate and facilitate in-store events at the local department stores, including but not limited to focus days, incentives, and promotions.
· Network around the store to promote brand awareness for select brands in various other departments including RTW, cosmetics, dresses, and active.
· Develop and foster relationships with management and associate team to ensure support for select intimate brands.
· Merchandise Komar product and work closely with store management to negotiate best placement for our brands.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3-5 years of retail or wholesale sales experience; bra fit experience is a plus.
· Previous experience in brand representation preferred.
· High degree of self-motivation, as this position is autonomous and requires a self-starter.
· Ability to drive sales and volume for Komar intimate apparel brands.
· Demonstrated success in customer service and merchandising.
· Have excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
· Must be able available for weekend coverage, with potential for overnight travel.
· Strong presentation skills; ability to deliver brand messaging both in person and virtually.
· Must have access to a computer and be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Reliable transportation must have a car.
