We are seeking a new Estimator to join our rapidly growing Estimating Team.
In this role, you will include compiling any and all information needed to complete a takeoff, building a bill of material that best covers the scope of work, and generating comprehensive proposals that clearly state the scope of work covered in our pricing.
As a member of the Estimating Team, you will consult with the Engineering department, Field engineers, Project Managers, and other Estimating Team members to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues and report directly to the Estimating Manager.
The Estimator is responsible for the following: · Analyze blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to gain a thorough understanding of the project in order to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
· Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams (design engineering, Productions, Sales, finance, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure alignment to scope, schedule, and budget.
· Build a project Binder that consists of all documentation used to complete a take-off.
· Generate a proposal that includes the labor and materials needed to cover the scope of work gained from a completed take-off.

As a Consumer Insights Manager in our Personal Care Products division, you will partner with our our teams to support fragrance development and deliver upon sales goals. You will be a category expert sharing your knowledge with our internal and external clients.
- Lead Research - Lead market research for regional or cross regional projects by applying the appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to meet the project end goals. Support sales and development teams as the market research expert in direct contact with clients; discuss and review strategies, methodologies, and results.
- Business Partner - Work with internal colleagues on Personal Care projects. Throughout the fragrance development cycle, provide in-depth interpretation of results to guide fragrance development. Additionally, help build rationale to support our submissions. Work with category teams to identify gaps in knowledge and to develop and test hypotheses relating to insights into consumer behavior.
- Project Management - Full management of Personal Care Customer Insights projects. This includes study design, cost management, and negotiations with agencies. Additionally, it involves quality checks, hands-on data analysis, including statistical testing, insight development, and results presentations. Participation in the digital agenda.

- University Degree (Marketing, Data Analysis, Statistic, Science) Advanced Degree Helpful
- 5+ years of experience in consumer market research
- Understanding of statistics - in-depth understanding of inferential and multivariate statistics and experimental design
- Demonstrate competent knowledge and use of qualitative and quantitative methodologies (protocols, designs, questionnaires)

This role is ideal for a sales professional with hands-on chip making knowledge who understands machining processes at a technical level and can confidently consult with manufacturing engineers, machinists, production managers, and procurement teams.
Position Overview:
The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for growing revenue within an assigned territory by promoting high-performance cutting tools, carbide inserts, indexable tooling, solid carbide end mills, drills, reamers, and metal removal solutions. As the Regional Account Manager for a major account in North America (NOAM), you will manage a crucial part of our business and lead the NOAM commercial team. Job Overview
The Senior Product Manager, Cardiac Assist (SPM-CA) reports to the Global Group Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal role in driving financial success of the assigned segments and regions. This position is directly accountable for developing and executing marketing strategies and business plans that deliver sales and profit objectives for the Cardiac Assist portfolio. - Responsible for the segment strategy.

- Assist in relevant initiatives to deploy specific marketing and training activities.
- Coordinate projects with after sales and be responsible for the project brief handover from the markets.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business or relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- A minimum of 12 years' experience in the medical device industry, which includes marketing management in the assigned product line.
- Solid background and experience in the relevant business in the US market.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Developed ability to present and sell products and services in the business to business area.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills - Communicate technical information/details to end customers/sales companies in a straightforward and understandable way.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $100,000-$140,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Rebate and Returns Analyst to assist commercial rebates, administrative fees, billbacks and other after sales expenses; ensure prompt payment to Wholesalers, Retailers, Distributors and Group Purchasing Organizations for one of our pharmaceutical organizations in the Elmwood Park, NJ area. This candidate will be preparing executive summary level reporting to the customer, field force and Contracts and Pricing management. This role requires close interaction with Credit and Collections, handling payment reconciliations as well as variance analysis against customer claims. Backfilling contract management as needed and working closely with A/R, A/P and GTN Team. Building and maintaining all customer incentive programs in revenue management system.

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Acquiring new and maintaining current customers will be part of your responsibilities, as well as understanding what they are looking for to achieve their short-and long-term expectations to ensure delivery of the best of our services.
You will serve as our client’s main point of contact, helping them to reach their goals and ensuring a continued, positive, and profitable relationship for both sides. To be a successful Account Manager with us you will work with different segments:
Sales:
• Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication
• Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory
Customer Service:
• Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and other collateral supplies, such as display towers.
• Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, ensuring customers are set up in CRM System, providing price quotes, scheduling weekly visits, etc.
• Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within assigned territory.
Business Intelligence:
• Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Collaborate with Cosentino Corporate staff, Cosentino Center staff, and other Account Managers as needed to accomplish goals.
• Work with General Manager and Sales Team to execute business strategy for all customer segments in the area (home centers, K&B, Fabricators, etc.).

What you need to succeed
Professional Experience
• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience
• 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.

Academical Background

Wage Range:
The annual Starting salary for this position is between $70,000 and to $80,000 annually + BONUS.
This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
