Position Overview:
Support group sales operations through efficient administrative, contracting, order processing, and billing assistance. Collaborate with the Sales Support Area Manager and Event Execution Area Manager to ensure seamless coordination and top-tier client service.
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:
Manage sales contracts, ensuring timely execution, signatures, compliance, and storage. Initiate all appropriate post-contract activities.
Accurately process sales and event initial orders and manage any updates. This includes but is not limited to order entry into ticketing platforms, affiliate and eTicket distribution and fulfillment options, and any/all ticket returns.
Partner with event teams for successful event execution handoff.
Assist as needed with event execution for corporate outings, youth programs, and events.

JOB SUMMARY:
Direct and manage all functions and activities of the Produce Department to achieve sales and profit goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1) Along with the Store Director, work out localized merchandising plan for the department.
2) Follow approved Produce Department Plans for effective space management based on movement, consumer demand and profitability.
3) Order merchandise and control inventory to minimize out-of-stocks and overstocks and to maximize sales.
4) Follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking and restocking cases to ensure quality protection, accuracy and product rotation.
5) Control department expenses.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities- Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs, inform guests about special promotions and the trade-in program, recommend additional items as appropriate, apply all selling behaviors during each transaction, and express gratitude to every guest for choosing GameStop. - Check shipments for discrepancies or shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system. Report any discrepancies to the Store Manager / Store Manager 2 /Assistant Store Manager as needed.
- Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
- Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.
- Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, all policies and procedures in the Associate Handbook and the Code of Standards, Ethics & Conduct.
- Follow all opening and closing procedures.
