Opportunity Overview: The Vice President of Commercial Lending plays a critical leadership role in advancing Hoosier Hills Credit Union's commercial lending strategy.
This position develops and manages a high-quality commercial loan portfolio, delivers exceptional service to Commercial Members, and ensures compliance with industry standards and HHCU credit policies.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to business Members-helping them grow, solve problems, and strengthen their financial outlook.
You will also represent HHCU throughout the business community, deepening relationships and fueling strategic commercial growth.
What You'll Do: Mission-Driven Member & Business Leadership Demonstrate alignment with HHCU's mission and deliver extraordinary service.
Build strong, long-term relationships with Commercial Members.
Take ownership of Member needs, ensuring timely, high-quality service and follow-through.
Act as a trusted partner to business owners, providing financial guidance and solutions.
Commercial Portfolio Growth & Management Identify and develop commercial relationships through proactive outreach.
Maintain a robust pipeline of commercial loan opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive loan interviews, gather financial data, and assess credit needs.
Structure, analyze, and present commercial loan requests to Credit Committees.
Make credit decisions within delegated lending authority.
Manage the full loan process-from application through closing-with accuracy and compliance.
Monitor portfolio performance, financial statements, repayment behavior, and risk indicators.
Conduct collateral and site inspections as required.
Ensure full compliance with BSA/AML and all regulatory requirements.
Community Engagement & Business Development Represent HHCU through community involvement and professional networking.
Promote the credit union's value in the local business community.
Drive visibility and create new business development opportunities.
Teamwork, Collaboration & Organizational Leadership Communicate consistently with leadership and team members.

What We're Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum five years of commercial lending experience , including a proven network of business clients and prospects.
Experience with SBA lending programs preferred.
Ability to travel to meet with clients and support business development activities.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in commercial lending and relationship management.
Strong financial and analytical skills, including credit analysis and loan structuring.
Ability to analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral documentation, and credit risk.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Baker Hill preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Interacts with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Registers guests, assign rooms, check out guests, arrange for special requests, provide hotel and area information, answer phones, and ensure that all operating procedures are followed.
- Dispenses and accounts for package tickets and discount coupons.
- Accurately totals guest balances and collects payment.
- Uses proper mail, package, and message handling procedures.
- Effectively resolves guest concerns and issues with use of minor compensation.
- Provides guest service according to Carowinds standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
- Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Carowinds Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
- Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Meets Carowinds attendance requirements as outlined in SixFlags attendance policies.

Qualifications:
- Must be outgoing and able to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast paced environment.
- Must have thorough knowledge of room types, locations within the hotel, room availability, and room rates.
- Must have strong cash handling skills, including knowledge of processing check and credit card payments.
- Must have strong clerical skills.
- Must be able to type at least 20 WPM.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.

Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Requirements
- Must have valid Class A CDL
- Must be 23 years of age or older (21 years if prior military)
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months or 12+ Months Experience in Last 2 Years

The Houseman requires an approachable, friendly and polished demeanor with a guest focus mindset. As Houseman you will create a warm & welcome atmosphere throughout the hotel by maintaining clean and safe public spaces and delivering guest request. You will support the Housekeeping and Laundry Team and stay in good with all other departments to ensure the guest are well cared for and have a memorable stay experience while visiting the Carolinas!
Responsibilities:
- Have a warm and welcoming personality that can engage with guest and genuinely provide exceptional guest service and perform service recovery when needed.
- Perform routine troubleshooting for in-room issues and accommodate guest request
- Take immediate and necessary steps to correct any safety hazards and cleanliness issues according to brand standard and hotel policy
- maintain cleanliness of lobby, meeting room, restrooms, fitness center and all public spaces throughout shift (Sweep, mop, vacuum lobby, empty all trash cans)
- Clean windows/doors as needed
- Organize patio/pool deck furniture, set or remove cushions based on weather, empty trash
- Walk the parking lot and maintain clean and safe grounds
- Carpet cleaning
- Assist in guest room preventative maintenance program
- Complete trash and linen runs for the Room Attendants
- Stock and organize supplies
- Assist with inventory control
- Adhere to Company uniform and attendance policies

Qualifications:
- Previous hotel experience preferred, housekeeping or janitorial experience a plus
- Previous Marriott experience a plus
- Must have great people skills and spirit to serve
- Able to be on your feet for an 8 hour shift
- Ability to perform physical and repetitious tasks including pushing, pulling, lifting and gripping.
- Able to work morning and evening shift, weekends and holidays, indoors and outdoors
- Have good verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Have independent problem solving skills and sense of urgency
- Ability to handle guest request and complaints

Safety is a top priority here at Carowinds, and our Safety team is full of professional and compassionate individuals dedicated to caring for others. Carowinds is looking for EMTs to provide emergency and non-emergency care to all of our Guests and associates. As part of this team, you'll staff the park's First Aid office and respond to medical calls on property. You'll also:
- Provides basic clinical, life support and/or emergency care to guests and associates including wound care, removing splinters, dispensing over-the-counter medications and patient assessments.
- Processes and completes departmental paperwork thoroughly, accurately and legibly as well as maintains high degree of confidentiality.
- Maintains all first aid facilities, vehicles, and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. Performs cleaning duties according to OSHA and Park Blood-Borne Pathogen Requirements.
- Performs and interprets pre-employment urine drug screens. Collects and processes urine specimens for post-incident, reasonable cause and random drug screens.
- Assists with weekly, monthly, quarterly safety inspections and immediately reports hazardous conditions. Documents findings as directed.
- Assists First Aid Supervisor in random skills testing and auditing throughout the season.
