The Senior Digital Business Partner (Sr. DBP) Sam’s Club, will play a critical role in accelerating Kimberly-Clark North America’s digital engagement with shoppers, delivering results (e.g., market share, net sales growth, conversion, etc.) via digital activation, and driving digital thought leadership. Within this role, the individual will work closely with Field Sales + Demand Generators (formally called Omnichannel Marketers) leveraging analytics and insights to identify opportunities for growth, leading to actionable digital + omnichannel optimization recommendations around digital shelf, digital merchandising, retail media and, ultimately, execution. A successful Sr. DBP must be able to build relationships internally with Field Sales, Brand Teams, HQ Sales, and KC North America Marketing & Consumer Experience with our key customers, externally, to deliver continued Digital Commerce growth on Sam’s Club.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively conduct diagnostic analysis of the digital shelf (KCNA, Category, and Competitive) + provide recommendations thru an omnichannel lens that will enable field sales + demand generators to react and adjust business plans where needed.
- Analyze key business metrics/data (e.g., Clickstream, Retailer-Specific Data, Market Data) to inform recommendations driving traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
- Provide insights around algorithmic trends + site taxonomy.
- Collaborate with field sales in implementation of KCNA Digital Commerce Strategies (e.g., Subscription, Marketplace, etc.).
- Recommend and drive test + learn within the Digital Commerce marketing space
- Deliver against all KCNA milestones tied to Annual Operating plans, Business Plan Reviews, Customer Engagement Meetings, and Key Customer Meetings.

About the Role
We are seeking a Jr. Category Advisor to support the Walmart business by delivering detailed analytics, category insights, and modular planning support. Assist in planogram development and modular planning using JDA / Blue Yonder Space Planning tools.
Analyze shelf productivity and item performance to identify opportunities to improve space allocation and shelf efficiency.
Prepare supporting materials and analytics for modular reviews and assortment discussions with Walmart merchants.
Monitor item productivity and recommend adjustments to maximize category sales and shelf productivity.
Support the development of data-driven category narratives that translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Assist the Sr. Category Advisor in preparing customer presentations, category reviews, and modular updates. Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and product development to align insights with broader business initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Business Suite is required.
Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Experience with Walmart Scintilla, Circana, or NielsenIQ is strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of JDA / Blue Yonder Space Planning or other modular planning tools is preferred.

The Category Development Manager (CDM) - Family Care is responsible for translating category management principles into action through data analytics and consumer/shopper insights. Lead Key Account selling team (i.e. category experts, site development, CSM, sales engineers, etc.) to execute account growth plan
Collaborate with Revenue Management Team on specific opportunities to make discretionary pricing decisions based on knowledge of the account and assessment of future spend potential, as well as pass BPIs based on contract language
Exhibit high level of business acumen and sales methodologies to discover incremental opportunities and align with the customers' vision and initiatives (ex: Expertise of customer industry buying process and ability to support product selection and standardization of products assortments.
Engage CSM to manage customer experience and complete customer maintenance requests.
Establishes and maintains business management relationships with the senior executive team members within customer base.
Experience in Education, State & Local Government beneficial but not a requirement

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts

How You’ll Make an Impact: As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition, sales and service, you’ll be on the frontline providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like: Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment.
Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets.
Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.
Explain bills and product features clearly.
Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed.
