POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide excellent patient and customer service in the selection, ordering and dispensing of eyewear. Complete pre-screening activities prior to patient exams. Prepare work orders for Optical Lab. Process medical billing information. Maintain frame inventory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
* Provide excellent customer and patient service according to company and Optical Center standards
* Analyze patient eyewear needs
* Recommend specific lenses, lens coatings and frames to satisfy patient needs
* Assist patients in selecting frames according to style and color. Ensure frames are coordinated with facial and eye measurements and optical prescriptions
* Order and dispense eyewear accurately and professionally
* Assist patients with proper frame repairs and adjustments
* Show patients how to insert, remove and care for their contact lenses
* Assist Optometrist with case histories and screenings
BUSINESS AND OPERATIONAL STANDARDS
* Maintain a complete knowledge of third-party plans and claims
* Explain promotions and special lens offerings to patients and customers
* Balance accounts
* Prepare work orders containing specific instructions for Optical Lab
* Process medical billing information
* Ensure proper merchandising of frame inventory
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Graduate or equivalent
* Maintain license as required by state
* To become Certified, teammate must complete Shopko OCE Certification requirements and calendar modules

- Conduct an average of 16 in-person visits per week, with 8-10 days of travel per month.
- Close sales during in-person dealer visits and promptly complete I-CRM Call Reports.
- Responsively address customer inquiries while in the field.
Remote Responsibilities:
- Utilize a structured sales process while working remotely, maintaining a top-down rotation when contacting dealers.
- Schedule appointments in advance to respect customers' time and ensure preparedness with relevant data and information.
- Conduct virtual business meetings, aiming to connect with a minimum of 10 accounts daily via MS Teams web meetings or outbound calls.
- Close sales during remote interactions and promptly complete I-CRM Call Reports after each interaction.
- Be available during regular retail hours to assist dealers, with flexibility to support outside normal hours as needed.
Additional Duties:
- Submit in-field dealer visits and travel plans 120 days in advance.
- Attend mandatory events, dealer open houses, and trade shows as required.
- Collaborate closely with the Lincoln Chrome Sales Manager to maintain schedule balance and optimize performance.

Education:

The purpose of this position is to support and improve business and operating results by providing the maintenance and repair of all imaging equipment . The position has direct impact on the delivery of quality customer service.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
· Capable of learning to service a combination of the Cassling imaging product line including Rad/Fluoro, MR, CT, Cath/Angio and Nuclear.
· Repair imaging systems and other related equipment and accessories.
· Perform periodic maintenance inspections as per manufacturers specifications.

Description
The Retail Sales Executive will lead the expansion of Certified Piedmontese® beef across large regional retail accounts, playing a critical role in growing brand presence and driving revenue in key retail markets. This individual will serve as a strategic sales partner to retail customers, responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term accounts.
This role will proactively research the retail landscape and identify high-potential new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship development with retail decision-makers and senior executives. A major focus of this position will be the introduction and growth of Certified Piedmontese grass-fed, grass-finished ground beef within national and regional retail chains. This includes identifying key stakeholders, educating retail partners on the unique attributes and value proposition of Certified Piedmontese beef, coordinating product samples, and conducting in-store or buyer product demonstrations.
Beyond ground beef, the Retail Sales Executive will collaborate with each account to identify additional cuts, formats, and value-added products that align with customer needs, merchandising strategies, and consumer demand. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and retail partners on distribution strategy, product placement, promotional planning, marketing initiatives, and brand execution to maximize sales performance and shelf impact.
This role is ideally based out of our corporate office in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are open to remote candidates who can commit to regular travel to the Lincoln office. This role requires 25 – 35% travel to visit current and prospective retail customers, attend trade shows, and represent the brand at industry events. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience selling beef or other protein products to regional and national retail chains, along with strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
