Job Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the hotel's overall sales strategy and driving revenue growth across all market segments. Required Experience, Education, and Skills

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the hotel sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
* Identify and qualify prospective leads while implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive group, corporate, and transient business.

* Coordinate group bookings, meetings, and conventions to ensure successful planning and execution.
* Work closely with operations, front office, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery for group and corporate clients.
* Assist the General Manager in developing and maintaining the hotel's annual sales and marketing plan, revenue goals, and departmental budget.
* Monitor sales performance against revenue goals and take proactive measures to ensure targets are achieved.
* Conduct weekly sales meetings, review account production, and analyze key performance metrics such as sales call activity and market share performance.
* Maintain accurate account records and sales activity within the hotel's CRM and reporting systems.

- Own and manage the full product lifecycle for Cisco-based managed network services, including:

Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. This position is responsible for selling capital equipment solutions, including machine guarding equipment, industrial fans, modular wall and curtain systems, mezzanines, lift tables, in-plant offices, and related products. Our customer base includes organizations operating facilities with loading docks, with an emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers.
This is an outside sales position responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products and solutions within the assigned territory. This role supports a Colorado-based territory and requires regular travel throughout the state.
While classified as an outside sales role, this position operates in a full-cycle sales capacity, encompassing prospecting, quoting, account management, and end-to-end ownership of the customer relationship for in-plant capital equipment solutions.
Required ExperienceRite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will combine a 4-year degree with a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As skills and knowledge develop, guide other Service Technicians with less skills/knowledge through complex problems in the field. This may include training other Service Technicians in the proper field installation, service and repair of equipment and proper administrative procedures instilling Rite-Hite's commitment to customer service.
Using the handheld devices (or paper backup forms if needed) accurately complete all necessary paperwork associated with field service, repair, and installation, including service tickets, timesheets, open job tracking form and safety analysis sheets.
Maintain compliance with operation and communication standards as per the Field Service Technician Handbook.
This position requires the operation of a service vehicle in compliance with DOT Driver Qualification standards, as well as truck-based cranes, forklifts, welders, torches, and power and hand tools.
Follow all customer-specific requirements, policies, safety guidelines and directions on their work sites.
Work closely with all other departments in the company, communicating and coordinating activities to efficiently maximize customer satisfaction.
"Occasional (under 20% annually) domestic overnight travel may be required for training, supporting customers at other offices, etc. may be required."

The pay range for this position is $20-35. We take geographic differentials into consideration in areas of higher cost of living. We offer nine paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within 1st year of employment). We offer additional paid time off based on tenure. Based on time in the job, you will be eligible for additional PTO (vacation, sick leave, etc.). We offer 72 hours PTO (1 hour for every 40 worked) to employees in Colorado.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

- Works with Regional and State Medical Directors regularly to understand all financial aspects of the clinic’s productivity (practice patterns, referrals, scheduling, patients per hour, P&L etc...).
- Ensures level of service/coding is being optimized for every visit and is supported by appropriate documentation
Supervision
- Supervisory responsibility for all Physicians, APPs, Radiology Techs and Medical Assistants in the Center.
- Supervision includes yearly written evaluations, assessment, definition, and/or modification of individual job duties of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants
- Collaboration with CA for annual reviews of Medical Assistants and X-ray Technicians.
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Unrestricted Colorado Medical Licensure with no active stipulations.
- Active full DEA license.
- Current BLS certification.
- FMCSA certified for DOT exams within 90 days of hire.
- Must possess & maintain State of Colorado Workers Compensation Division Level I accreditation within 3 months of hire, and Level II accreditation within six months of hire.
- Board Certification in primary specialty preferred but not required in: Occupational Med, Family Med, Internal Med, Emergency Med, PMR, Orthopedics (preferred, others will be considered)
- MRO certification preferred
- Solid, demonstrated knowledge of the practice and application of occupational medicine. Working knowledge of laws and regulations governing rehabilitation services; of worker’s compensation and clinical procedures/processes; and of diagnoses and treatment of occupational injury and disease.
- Working knowledge of medical office administration and procedures. Sound administration and management skills.
- Ability to instruct, teach, and correct. Confident and professional demeanor with medical providers, administrators, and clients
- Perform impairment ratings according to the AMA Guide’s 3rd Edition and the guidance of the Division of Workers Compensation for Colorado.
- Respond to written requests from insurance providers and employers in a timely fashion-Rule 6 letters should be returned same day whenever possible.
- Cosign charts under Division of Workers’ Compensation rules for APPs in the clinic.
- Review and respond in writing to surveillance videos.
- Care for psychological injuries resulting from workplace trauma/injury.
- Practice according to the Colorado DOWC medical treatment guidelines.
