Job Title: Enterprise AI-Ready Data Architect / Senior Data Engineer

Duration : 6 Months

Location: East Hanover (Onsite: 3days & 2 days remote a week)

Job Description:

The Enterprise AI-Ready Data Architect / Senior Data Engineer is a hybrid role with a focus on enterprise data architecture, AI integration, and hands-on data engineering. You will design and implement AI-ready, analytics-ready data products and semantic layers (including ontologies) that enable scalable enterprise analytics and integration with AI agents and GenAI use cases. You will embed governance-by-design (quality, lineage, contracts, observability) and partner closely with business and technology stakeholders—in pharmaceutical domains.

Key Responsibilities

1) Enterprise Data Architecture (AI-Ready by Design)

• Define and deliver strategic enterprise data architectures that scale and support AI-ready outcomes.

• Design data workflows capturing as-is and to-be states for enterprise modernization.

• Establish architecture patterns for:

• Semantic Context Layer

• Data Warehouses, Data Lakehouses

• Data Catalogs and Data Marketplaces

• Event-driven and metadata-driven architectures

• Distributed data management (Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Domain-Driven Design)

• Streaming data management

2) Data Products, Semantic Products, and Master Data

• Design data products that are AI-ready and reusable across domains and use cases.

• Build and govern semantic models, metrics-first modeling, and ontologies (knowledge graph concepts).

• Deliver Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities and align master/reference data with business needs.

• Support structured and unstructured data management to enable broader AI and analytics capabilities.

3) AI Integration and GenAI Enablement

• Enable contextual intelligence and data enrichment using:

• Contextual retrieval, entity linking, enrichment using LLMs and embeddings

• Vector search, RAG pipelines, and LLM-based enrichment

• Implement graph-based approaches:

• RDF, OWL, and SPARQL querying

• Property graph / knowledge graph modeling for relationships and reasoning

4) Data Engineering Delivery

• Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration frameworks.

• Develop high-quality transformations and data modeling using:

• Advanced SQL

• Tools such as dbt, Airflow, Dataiku

• Ensure production-grade engineering practices for performance, reliability, and maintainability across pipelines.

5) Governance and Standards (Embedded)

• Implement open-source data standards across:

• Data contracts

• Data quality

• Data lineage

• Lead metadata-driven governance through metadata management, observability, and policy-aligned design.

How You'll Contribute:

A Project Manager (PM) isresponsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiating through Closing phases for media and entertainment organizations, as well as corporate entities. TheProject Operations Field Implementation Manager, Canada is responsible for onsite guidance and oversight of multiple specific projects. Oversight of 10- 15+ Diversified Technicians subcontractors at any given time, is responsible for enforcing standards and processes that increase the quality, velocity, and efficiency for the team. How You'll Contribute:

The installation technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients buildings. The install tech needs to coordinate with project management, field superintendents and others to fully understand their role on specific projects. They interpret our drawing packages to create the basis of the finished systems. This installation can include displays, projectors, loudspeakers, microphones, equipment racks, etc. Will also provide advice and guidance to Associate Installation Technicians as necessary.

Location: Must live in the Washington DC - VA area.

Complexity:

This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients job sites with little supervision. On smaller projects this position may be responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors.

Decision Making Authority:

This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general the project manager and a site supervisor are available to answer questions. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. The employee may be exposed to construction site conditions on a regular basis. Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites. The employee can typically spend at least 60% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the construction site. The employee must have the ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs and lift and/or move materials up to 40 pounds in construction areas. The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for SI installation projects. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth vision. When not on construction sites, the employee will experience normal office conditions and be required to use office equipment such as computers, peripherals, etc.

Travel:

Frequent travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. Local travel to job sites (within a 2 hour driving distance each way) will make up 70-90% usually but remote travel can be up to 30% of the job at times. 10% remote travel is required on a regular basis.

The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.

How You'll Contribute:

The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.

The DE collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and is responsible for producing accurate drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation in accordance with project standards. The DE contributes to equipment selection and bill of materials development, subject to review and approval by senior engineering staff.

What You'll Do:

• Contributor for complex engagements and works directly with Account Executives, clients, project teams and other DE's to develop specifications, designs, budgets, timelines and manage expectations.
  
  
• Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the architecture, installation and planning of live performance solutions (concert audio, cinematic multi-cam, theatrical stage lighting, house lighting, production IT, intercom, etc).
  
  
• Develop Faith and Performance project estimates, Bill of Materials (BOM), Bid Response submissions, and project agreements in partnership with the Sales Engineer and Proposal Manager
  
  
• Create Sketchup Models that assist in communicating concepts to the client in the early steps of the sales engagement, as well as being used as the basis for other design deliverables through manufacturers such as loudspeaker systems, camera plots, and house lighting designs
  
  
• DE may have client interaction and contribute to the P and L performance.
  
  
• Project lifecycle is important and learning the standards our clients are comfortable with is just as important as selling new technology and solutions where they fit. The position bears the responsibility to assist in developing long lasting client partnerships alongside the Sales Engineers & work with team members to maintain the account on all levels.
  
  
• Maintains expertise in the industry through ongoing review of trade publications, participation in industry trade shows, seminars and educational forums. May author articles and/or analyze trends.
  
  
• Attend appropriate manufacturer trainings, attend or lead lunch and learns and continue online education

Role Overview

We are hiring a Medical Practice Floor Liaison to run patient flow across a high-volume, procedure-heavy multispecialty practice.

This role owns real-time coordination of MSK evaluations, procedures, and multi-visit treatment plans. You will connect providers, clinical staff, and scheduling to ensure patients move through care smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Own

MSK and Procedural Flow

• Oversee daily MSK consults, follow-ups, and procedures
• Coordinate injections, interventional pain procedures, and advanced MSK treatments
• Align chiropractic and acupuncture visits within larger care plans
• Ensure correct sequencing of services to reduce delays
• Manage room readiness, staffing alignment, and provider timing

Multispecialty Coordination

• Serve as the operational bridge between MSK, pain, primary care, chiropractic, and acupuncture
• Support patient handoffs and shared treatment plans
• Maintain continuity across multi-visit and multi-provider journeys

Patient Flow Leadership

• Monitor clinic flow in real time
• Identify bottlenecks before they impact care
• Adjust schedules and resources as conditions shift
• Protect provider throughput and patient experience

Patient Journey Oversight

• Help patients understand where they are in their care plan
• Support complex, procedure-driven treatment pathways
• Escalate concerns quickly to preserve trust

Technology and Systems

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and internal systems as daily co-pilots
• Follow structured workflows and improve them over time
• Contribute insights to strengthen operational systems
