The Fulfillment Inventory Technician (Vault Tech) will be responsible for picking and packaging orders for the drivers and deliveries as well as intake for finished products in the grow/processing facility.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Perform counts and Quality checks to ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
- File claims when defective products are discovered
- Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed
- Pick / Pack orders for shipments, verifying correct quantities per order
- Working in a team setting

Environmental Factors:
This position requires working in an environment that has a high amount of plant matter and pollen. Areas of the facility reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels. Employees may have exposure to conditions such as dust, plant matter, and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or skin, depending on department job assignments. Employees are required to wear protective gear and have the option to wear eye and ear protection. Certain areas of the facility use harsh chemicals for cleaning such as bleach and can have repetitive movements. Employees should be comfortable and capable of working under all of the above conditions.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50lbs
- Capable of sitting, standing kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time

Client Onboarding, Data Management, and Contracting:
The Client Analyst supports the seamless integration of new clients by managing the on-boarding process, maintaining accurate client data, and handling contracting procedures.
Meeting Coordination:
Assists in scheduling client meetings as needed to ensure timely and effective communication between advisor teams and clients.
Investment Account Processing:
Prepares, submits, and tracks new investment account applications, overseeing the process through to the funding stage.
Tax Season Activities:
Manages a variety of tasks during tax season, including organizing tax data, gathering and tracking client consents, finalizing tax returns, coordinating estimated payments, and facilitating e-filing.
Internal Group Collaboration:
Interfaces with internal departments to complete a range of investment and operational tasks. This includes addressing matters related to accounts, as well as handling requests involving Special Investments and Private Equity.
Quality Control Metrics and Reporting:
Assists teams in tracking and reporting on Quality Control metrics to help maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Fragrance Development - Develop olfactory strategy for clients, market, category, and guide Perfumery teams. Manage/execute multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines. Define fragrances to be tested and coordinate with Consumer Marketing Insights (CMI) team. Translate consumer insights results into olfactory guidelines for perfumers. Work with lab on testing product stability. Understand the Best Practices to influence efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration and Influence - Partner with other regional creative centers to complete project assignments. Conduct customer presentations/interactions. Participate in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development. Develop new fragrances with Perfumers. Manage fast and efficient selection of fragrances for activation projects from oil or blind.

Advise management on latest regulations and compliance requirements.
Coordinate and support implementation of global EHS directives and guidelines across sites.
Ensure communication on legal updates and lead global change management for CMC topics, especially related to Dangerous Goods and Controlled Products Regulations.
Ensure systems provide accurate and compliant product safety information aligned with applicable regulations and internal corporate standards.
Support business project execution for ensuring compliance with new regulations.
Monitor SAP EHS system performance and coordinate issue resolution with Global EHS CoE CMC and IT department.
Communicate with government agencies on Controlled Products and Dangerous Goods topics, and also to address transport-related emergency response issues.
Develop and deliver technical guidance documents, training, audits, and site inspections.
Promote continuous improvement to enhance global CMC practices and business compliance performance,
Your Profile:
University degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food chemistry, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of Chemicals Management & Compliance industry experience.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Certified in Dangerous Goods transport regulations (e.g. IMDG, IATA, ADR, CFR).
Experience with global chemical compliance programs.
Chemistry and product safety expertise.
Technical expert in Dangerous Goods, Controlled Products (Drug Precursors and Chemical Weapon Precursors), Hazardous Materials Transport and Warehousing and Hazardous Materials Transport Emergency Response Management.
Knowledge in Product Stewardship and Drug Precursors related regulations (such as DEA) and International conventions.
Compensation and Benefits

Job Purpose
Support Application Team members, coordinate & organize bases, supplies & fragrance oils for the Application Lab. Order Supplies for all Labs & maintain inventory for Applications. Perform Physical Testing & Sample Making as needed, and Support Lab Manager & Director

We are looking for an administrative assistant and inside sales representative to handle day-to-day phone calls, appointment setting, customer emails and follow-ups, light bookkeeping, and routine paperwork for both of our businesses in the IT asset management and real estate spaces. Candidate must have strong organizational skills and maintain thorough documentation. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising the service department employees and processes at assigned branch locations, this includes responsibility for executing standard processes to provide a seamless customer experience through the service coordination function. This role will hold responsibility for exercising independent judgment in the direct supervision of Service Technicians and Customer Service Representatives. Is responsible for influencing customer satisfaction with service by continuously improving branch efforts of service lead-time, first time completion rate, average days to complete service, and service CES metrics. Is the primary expert used in resolving escalated field service concerns and in proactive education and training for both customers and the internal team members. Has heavy contact with customers, contractors, installers, vendors, sales reps, and all other internal departments in the coordination of service activities. Responsible for assisting in the identification, development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures that support total customer satisfaction, company profitability and market share growth. This is an onsite position that works at the Parsippany NJ office Monday - Friday.
The targeted pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. The total compensation package for this position also includes applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual bonus. Responsibilities/Accountabilities include the following but are not limited to:

- Ordering technician’s uniforms bi-annually.
- Managing the phone system to skill employees, monitoring CSR calls for quality assurance and shutting down the phones for holidays.
- Daily monitoring of pick tickets and dispatcher console route for efficiency, accuracy and last-minute changes.
- Blocking Salesforce dispatcher console calendars for time off requests and adding load time and holiday blocks.
- Monitoring and enforcing any active recalls on product.
- Scheduling opportunities for ongoing training opportunities for the service team members.
- Resolving customer escalations.
- Overseeing and enforcing quality alerts.
- Documenting notable behaviors of team members.
