As a Rigger with us, you'll ensure all loads and equipment are lifted and set properly, always demonstrating a consistent commitment to safety. You'll uncrate, crate and perform installation and removal of outside rigging assignments as you work as part of crew team or alone to ensure the operations runs smoothly.

• Inspect and secure rigging equipment to ensure it is in good working order
• Attach and detach loads with all safety rules and regulations
• Communicate and work cooperatively with all job present personnel
• Maneuver loads safely through difficult and confined spaces
• Work collaboratively with other Riggers on the job site
• Reports and escalates all concerns/situations to management immediately
• Examine daily and as needed equipment and tools for the job
• Fix, monitors, replace and report as needed
• Keep up-to-date and willing to comply with all safety standards
• Understand and support the project team
• Assist with the day-to-day situations in the field
• Prepares and communicate reports as needed

• 2 years minimum of work experience as a Rigger
• Material handling experience

Semiconductor engineering and construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs across multiple active construction sites.

This role leads a team of safety professionals and serves as the primary safety representative for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Program Management:

Develop and implement company-wide and site-specific safety programs and procedures

Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations

Lead Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and site safety plans

Team Leadership & Multi-Site Oversight:

Manage and mentor safety staff across multiple active project sites

Site Oversight & Inspections:

Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits

Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented

Qualifications:

• Professionally licensed in engineering (PE), surveying or geology, or alternatively, 4 year college degree plus 3 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 8 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 2 years as a Project manager in the Utilities Division
• BSc/MSc Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction
• Minimum of ten (10) years of related/relevant experience
• Ability to effectively network to obtain strategic growth KPl's for new business and key clients
