The Chief Roadmap and Innovation Officer will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our global product and innovation roadmap — unifying near-term priorities with long-term disruptive thinking. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, while fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, fast and agile excellence. Lead Agile Product Development:

· Oversee the integration of new technologies and best practices in product development to maintain competitive advantage.

· Act as a bridge between the product development team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Identify and analyze consumer needs and market opportunities, ensuring the product portfolio aligns with evolving customer preferences.
· Build strategic partnerships with vendors, technology providers, and innovation hubs to stay ahead in the industry.
Financial & Resource Management:
· Ensure that the most cost-effective way is sought to achieve the relevant primary functions whilst ensuring quality / reliability
· Manage the product development budget, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI.
· Optimize the product development processes, supply chain, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
· Manage talent development, and hiring to ensure the team has the required skills and capacity to execute the product strategy.
Risk Management & Compliance:
· Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product development process, including supply chain disruptions, manufacturing delays, and regulatory challenges.
· Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product development operations, tracking progress against goals and providing regular updates to executive leadership.
· Leverage data analytics to identify areas for process improvement and decision-making.
The successful candidate will have proven manufacturing / quality leadership experience and the ability to deliver results in larger matrix organizations.
· 15+ years of experience in product development within the consumer products industry (e.g., CPG, electronics, home goods, beauty, apparel, etc.).
· Proven track record of leading product innovation and successful launches at a large-scale company or high-growth brand.
· Deep knowledge of consumer insights, supply chain, regulatory standards, and sustainability trends.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Development of punchlists and the follow-up necessary to ensure timely completion of punchlist work.
- Obtaining required permits for the work from local, state and federal agencies and in coordinating required inspections by appropriate inspectors.
- Ensure Field Personnel are completing their daily reports (logs of key activities, files and shop drawings, daily photographs, etc.).
- Take, Store and Upload daily photographs representative of the days progress, calling particular attention to defects that require additional attention.
- Report any problems promptly to the Project Executive(s), Operations Manager and Vice President, as may be appropriate.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Assist team with the development and maintenance of the project schedule.
- Ensure that all work is performed consistent with the contract documents and will meet or exceed client expectations.
- Ensure that all subcontractors participate in a pre-construction meeting prior to starting work on the project.
- Ensure that all work is being performed in a quality and workmanlike manor.
- Work with Superintendent(s), General Superintendent and Project Executive to provide labor forecasts
- Prepare material take-offs and order materials
- Attend periodic meetings including owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, etc.
- Ensure that as-built working drawings are maintained as well as the current drawing log and revision log, communicating this to the subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines is required, or have 5-10 years of experience in related construction fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Project.
- Ability to read blueprints, and perform quantity take-offs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have an OSHA 10 Certificate
- Be hard working, passionate, and have a high degree of integrity. Professionalism and quality mindedness are essential for this role

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:
- Conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities related to the interdiction of smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
- Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.
- Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.
- Supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
Salary and Benefits
Begin your career as an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) and make up to $85,270 to - $110,846 per year based on your qualifications for the GS-11 grade level and possible extra compensation based on your duty location (see below).
Recruitment Incentive:New hires may be eligible to receive a one-time Recruitment Incentive payout of $10,000 after completing Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC) (1 year service agreement will need to be completed) (Recruitment Incentive is only available to new Federal employees as described in 5 CFR 575.102. Qualifications
Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:
- Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.
- Evaluating information rapidly and making judicious decisions promptly during in-flight operations.
- Developing strategies and coordinating aircraft and ground assets.
- Using information systems and databases to conduct information surveys, queries, update files and disseminate information.
- Experience may include Operation of an aircraft as Captain, Pilot in Command, Aircraft Commander, First Officer, Certified Flight Instructor, Second in Command, or Co-pilot.
Hiring Minimums:
Certification & Ratings: A current FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with one of the following ratings:
- Dual Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument rating AND Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
- Airplane Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument.
- Helicopter Rated: Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
- Equivalent military rating of the above at the time of application (eligibility based on military flight experience must provide official orders, forms or logbooks showing their status as a rated military pilot).
Flight Hours: Pilot Enter on Duty minimums are 1500 flight hours; (up to 500 hours can be waived, reducing the pilot enter on duty minimums to 1000 hours.
250 Pilot-in-Command hours; 75 Instrument hours; 75 Night hours (Flight Hour Waiver available, see Required Documents); and 100 Flight hours in the last 12 months This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 5, 2025.
FAA Class 2 medical required for assessment dated within the last 12 calendar months; FAA Class 1, FAA Class 2 or Military medical flight clearance dated within the last 12 months qualifies to start the pre-employment process for the AIA position.
Apply at 750 hours total time: Applicants applying at 750 flight hours are required to obtain at least 1,000 flight hours (depending on the number of hours approved for a waiver) at their own expense before being able to attend the 3-part flight assessment. Applicants must still meet 250 Pilot-in-Command, 75 instrument, and 75-night hours (100 flight hours in the last 12 months. This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 4, 2026)
UAS Flight Hours:Applicants may include UAS Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) flight hours and Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) or predator-based flight hours. These hours may be credited towards satisfying the ""Total flight time"" 1,500 flight hour requirement only. UAS hours do not count towards the 250 flight hours as a Pilot in Command, 75 flight hours Instrument, and 75 flight hours Night. Flight hour logbooks will be required at the time of your Flight Assessment for verification.
Other Requirements
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.

Overview
The Chief Roadmap and Innovation Officer will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our global product and innovation roadmap — unifying near-term priorities with long-term disruptive thinking. This leader will anticipate market trends, and bring to life innovations that define the future of consumer experience and product technology.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, while fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, fast and agile excellence. This role leads a global team ensuring consumer-centric, 5-star product development to include developing a product roadmap, building unstoppable teams, and being a thought leader.?

Lead Agile Product Development:
· Maximize revenue and gross margin for each subcategory to deliver at least 20% growth YoY.
· Delivers at least one new product in a new category every year that results in at least $50M in revenue in Year 1.
· Ensures the Product Roadmap delivers viral product performance AND viral product aesthetic by driving ID and CMF excitement from mass production through EOL.
· Oversee a global team with a “fail fast” approach, emphasizing rapid testing, and iteration as well as an insatiable impatience for action.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility to enhance product offerings.
· Ensure the right processes and practices are in place to support the agile approach.
· Inspire and Empower Teams by leading and managing a global team, coaching and developing them to deliver successful client solutions.

Operational Excellence:
· Lead the optimization of end-to-end product development processes, from concept ideation through commercialization.

· Oversee the integration of new technologies and best practices in product development to maintain competitive advantage.

· Act as a bridge between the product development team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Innovation & Market Insight:
· Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to drive product innovation and maintain the company's competitive edge.
· Identify and analyze consumer needs and market opportunities, ensuring the product portfolio aligns with evolving customer preferences.
· Build strategic partnerships with vendors, technology providers, and innovation hubs to stay ahead in the industry.
Financial & Resource Management:
· Ensure that the most cost-effective way is sought to achieve the relevant primary functions whilst ensuring quality / reliability
· Manage the product development budget, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI.
· Optimize the product development processes, supply chain, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
· Drive P&L ownership of the product portfolio, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
· Manage talent development, and hiring to ensure the team has the required skills and capacity to execute the product strategy.
Risk Management & Compliance:
· Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product development process, including supply chain disruptions, manufacturing delays, and regulatory challenges.
· Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product development operations, tracking progress against goals and providing regular updates to executive leadership.
· Leverage data analytics to identify areas for process improvement and decision-making.
Qualifications / Requirements
The successful candidate will have proven manufacturing / quality leadership experience and the ability to deliver results in larger matrix organizations.
· 15+ years of experience in product development within the consumer products industry (e.g., CPG, electronics, home goods, beauty, apparel, etc.).
· Proven track record of leading product innovation and successful launches at a large-scale company or high-growth brand.
· Strong background in R&D, design thinking, and market-driven product strategies.
· Experience managing large teams and complex product portfolios.
· Deep knowledge of consumer insights, supply chain, regulatory standards, and sustainability trends.
· Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects including planning, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, safety, construction, testing and start-up. Projects will range in size from small equipment or system modifications to major new programs. Projects will include safety improvements, energy conservation, site infrastructure, buildings and production equipment. Project Manager will interface with internal Teams and external contractors, equipment suppliers, engineering firms and regulatory agencies as necessary. Project managers’ key responsibility is the safe delivery of projects on time, on budget while maintaining quality standards.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to Environmental, Health and Safety best practices.
- Lead project development process from conceptual design through construction.
- Manage project design utilizing internal and/or external design resources. Challenge design development through the entire process to eliminate scope creep and over conservative design.
- Manage and update project budget through the design and final CAPEX approval process. This includes equipment quotes and sub-contractor scopes of work.
- Manage procurement process by balancing cost, quality and lead time. Ensure procurement of long lead equipment does not impact project schedule.
- Create project schedules in Microsoft Project and update on a periodic basis. Actively manage project schedule to achieve earliest possible completion dates.
- Prepare project specific safety plans that address the unique challenges and risks of each project. Work with the EH&S Team to eliminate project risks.
- Identify project critical attributes, necessary 3rd party inspections and maintain quality control document.
- Ensure that project files are complete, accurate and as-built documentation is provided to Mill.
- Manage internal and external relationships for a successful project outcome.
- Hold Project Team accountable for safety, quality, cost and schedule.
- Provide complete and concise internal updates to project stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- BS in a technical discipline, Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering.
- Advanced degree and Professional certifications are desirable.
- 15 years of progressive experience in Construction Management, Engineering or Operations, including employment in a process‐related industrial facility and/or an industrial consulting engineering design firm.
- Strong business process skills, including project management, lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Must have proven project management skills and competencies.
- Strong project controls skills including budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and establish and meet financial and schedule constraints.
- Must be highly motivated and be able to work both independently and as a collaborative team leader and member.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams consisting of internal staff and external contractors, supervising engineering, and construction activities, and preparing turnover documentation.
- Ability to effectively work on projects remotely using remote project management tools and routine site visits.
- Working knowledge of computers and application of software to develop and communicate engineering solutions (including MS Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Exchange, AutoCAD, others).

Sika is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join its growing team in the Canton, MA area for our Roofing business.
The A Shift Supervisor will support a team of 10 Machine Operators and will work 6am- 6pm Su, Mon, Tues and every other Wednesday.
Salary Range: $30 - $35/hour with a 10% shift differential based on education, experience and qualifications of the applicant
- Assign responsibilities to employees and oversee their development
- Ensure that employees are operating in a safe manner and that they adhere to all Sika, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
- Periodically audit employees on their job functions and work with them to help develop their skills
- Work with management and engineering regarding coordination of raw material and process equipment trials
- Submit work orders to the Fiix CMMS system and follow through with verbal communication to maintenance technicians regarding said work orders
- Ensure that all team members are engaged in Sika Safe
- Collect daily production sheets from the Lead Operator, Mixer Operator, and Extruder Operator and document them accordingly. Reconcile any variations in MES system
- Work with quality assurance to ensure that the membrane produced meets all ASTM and local guidelines
- Foster a positive work environment through active communication and transparency with employees
- Communicate the daily/weekly production schedule with team in mandatory daily shift starter meetings
- Encourage team to maintain clean work areas using 6S principles
- Meet regularly with Production Manager and planning team to ensure that the proper materials/resources are in place for successful, on-time manufacturing
- Communicate daily results to the management team through shift report email
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in continuous manufacturing
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient in computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Some experience using SAP or ERP system recommended
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to coordinate product changeover on short notice
- Some extrusion, spreadcoating, and/or dry blending knowledge is preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Ability to stand for extended durations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
